The dining room was so quiet you could hear other tables cutting their food, and the music kept cutting in and out, which made things feel even more awkward. The staff wasn't rude, but the energy just wasn't there. Service is a generous 1/5. Would I recommend Sultans? For the flavor -- absolutely. Would I dine in again? Probably not, at least not until the atmosphere matches the quality of the food.
