Our story begins with me and my wife meeting at the gym in a cycle studio for the first time years ago. The gym is our most sacret place for both of us. So we agreed to discuss our ideas to Serge. His reaction became very possitive, motivating which gave us the confident that we needed. My wife is also a coffee lover and he suggested to take some pictures in a fancy coffee shot. It was hilarious and different but absolutely loved it!! We also both love nature and like to spend time outdoors. He took us to a magical place that is relaxing and unforgettable. We had a specific time of the day to perform our photo shoot, unfortunately, we were running late and my wife was very worried if we would have enough time to fit all our plans. At the same time Serge had other appointments after our photo shoot. He called to check on us to see if everything was as planned. We then explained the situation. Took it so calm and professionally that he understood what we were going through. This helped build back our confidence and encouraged us to continue as we talk about. Planning for a huge photshoot does take alot of time and energy to make it perfect. This could be a great opportunity to see if she'd be a good fit for us. Eventually, she responded, asking if I'd be available for a Wednesday morning sunrise session. I agreed without hesitation. The next day, she contacted me again, asking if we could do the session that evening instead. I said yes, but I needed to know the time. She replied with something vague like, "Ooo, I don't know... maybe 5 p.m.?" Her response felt wishy-washy, but I confirmed that 5 p.m. worked for me. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn't heard back, so I followed up to check if we were still meeting at 5:00 p.m. and where the shoot would be. I began getting ready, as it took me a while to prepare myself and my family. Keep in mind that I'd also canceled my prior engagements and evening plans - it was a big commitment on our end. When 5:00 p.m. came and went without a word from her, I decided to give it another hour, hoping I'd hear from her while there was still daylight. But nothing. Regardless of being a model, I felt frustrated that she lacked the communication to tell me that she ended up choosing someone else for the session and gave the excuse that her "phone had died." After such a disappointing experience, I realized I wouldn't want to actually book with her, nor would I recommend her to anyone.
