This salon has a beautiful family vibe that is quite refreshing. I was greeted with a cup of tea and a chocolate. I first had an amazing massage, followed by a gel mani pedi by the lovely Maria! She is warm, knowledgeable, and meticulous. Be flexible with extra time in your schedule in case the service runs over. I'm hooked on this place!

On 3/8/2019 I came for my appt. Roza started to do my hard gel set and everything came out fine I paid $120.00 a few days later I realized my thumb and 2 of my fingers the nail separated from the hard gel by Saturday 3/16/2019 my other thumb completely lifted on Monday 3/18/2019 I called to let them know what happened and the lady that answered the phone told me they were closed but to call back to set up an appt I called tues and spoke to the girl and she asked me if I spoke Russian and I told her no I tried to explain to her what happened and i asked her a earlier date to come in cause i didnt want to wait any longer she made me an appt for that coming Friday (which would make it 2 weeks) and and I asked her do I have to pay to get them fixed she said no since its only been a week and 2 days since I got them done she told me she would call me back to let me know if I had to pay. She never called me back so I didn't call on Wed and my thumb that was lifted came off. but I called on thurs and it was the same girl again and this time she did call me back and told me when I come in they will look at my nails and ask me questions as to what I was doing? Smh so the next day (friday) I came in showed the lady in the front the only one who really speaks English told me I should of came in sooner... They all made a big thing about it and even told me that my nail bed has too much moister and that's why the hard gel came off they sat me down with one lady and as she started to take off the hard gel she took a piece of my nail with it so I flipped out and they sat me with the lady who did the job in the first place (roza) and she had to file the broken nail down which made it shorter I couldn't really express myself cause no one in there speaks English I feel like if I did speak Russian they wouldn't have treated me the way they did at the end of the day my money is green just like every one else

I made an appointment ahead of time for a Russian gel extension manicure. The price on the website clearly stated $120+, and I figured the plus indicated there were be an extra fee for designs. Although the woman ("Jane" or Zhenya) took more than two hours doing my nails, while constantly criticizing how I was holding my hands and how awful it was that I bite my cuticles, her work was definitely not a real Russian manicure. It has been a week and a half since she did my nails and the pictures below speak for themselves. She barely removed my cuticles, used the nail files manually so harshly that she ripped my skin, applied some weird uneven curve to the extensions that I didn't ask for and made my nails look too bulky (and ended up being $20 extra), and used some material that has turned an odd color underneath the nails (I haven't touched any spices or anything that would cause this). This disaster cost me $140, and when I asked why it was so expensive and why I wasn't told that there would be an extra charge for length and that curve thing, they didn't give me an answer. My pinky nail has also begun to crack, which shouldn't happen so soon after getting this service (I also haven't done anything with my hands this week like dishes or cleaning). I've seen countless Russian manicures, and this is not one. My manicure looks like poorly done 4-week old shellac or gel, with a huge gap between the cuticle and beginning of the polish. I'm so disappointed and feel completely ripped off.

Went back in to touch up and lighten my balayage and a treatment about a month ago. My hair is…read morewavy/ curly and rather fine, making it a little difficult to work with. The result of touch up came out very beautiful! I did do the 3 to 4 step Milbon treatment as the first time I came here and my hair was soft for weeks. I honestly think that Joe does a wonderful job deciding and helping clients with the choice of color and he is honest in how much lighter a person's color can get. My hair was lightened to a level that I wanted, and Joe gave me advice on how to maintain the salon's treatment before the next treatment. The salon's environment was very very busy when I came in, and I was happy to see all the customers that the salon could handle efficiently all at the same time. The hair stylists and colorist keep an eye out to prevent the bleach from over processing and I didn't feel like I was left stranded for a long time by the staff while my color was processing. Can't wait for my next visit back!

Great salon, I've been coming here regularly and usually get a haircut with the Milbon treatment,…read morewhich I love. The stylists are talented and I'm always happy with my haircut. However, during my most recent visit, the hair wash felt rushed and conditioner wasn't used. I didn't speak up at the time, but I did leave with quite frizzy hair, which was disappointing compared to my usual experience.

This was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences I've had at any salon…read more What makes it worse is that I had been here three times before for the "organic caviar" treatment and was treated completely differently. The moment I chose a different service (pro-addiction repair), the owner's demeanor changed. He repeatedly pushed his own treatment, undermined the one I selected, and was clearly annoyed that I didn't go along with what he wanted to sell. The haircut itself ended up far shorter than what I asked for. When I calmly pointed that out, instead of listening or taking any accountability, he became defensive and argumentative, insisting it was "shoulder length," and then made an inappropriate comment about my bra line to justify it. That is not just unprofessional--it's completely unacceptable. In the middle of my treatment, I was told to get up and pay "to make sure." That alone was insulting. It got worse--I was then left waiting while he attended to other clients, making it very clear that I was not a priority, despite being in the middle of a service. I have never been treated that way anywhere. The atmosphere in the salon reflected the same lack of professionalism. I could hear him raising his voice at employees, which created a tense, uncomfortable environment from start to finish. The message was obvious: if you don't choose the service he wants to sell, your experience will suffer. There was no respect, no accountability, and no basic professionalism--just pressure, dismissiveness, and inappropriate behavior. I will absolutely not be returning, and will be sure to share my experience with friends who have appointments booked.
