Matthew left a huge hole in the wall and to avoid working with them ago I just never called them back. I now have to get this bathroom remodeled yet again after paying this company top dollar. Friday comes he's late so I call him to see if he's still coming for him to tell me he's running 40 minutes late and the price of my bathroom socket is going to cost $80 dollars and total price for his service will be $250, smh. I did a search for price of socket and the cost at Home Depot is $19 this person Chris is overpricing and being very unprofessional by not showing up or even calling . We had to have the frame removed in order to get some appliances through and decided to have it redone as an arch to match the other open doorways in our apartment. Cris and his team arrived on time and finished the job quicker than expected. Cris was responsive, thorough, and paid a lot of attention to detail. He helped me through the process of making sure we had board approval and was patient while we sorted it all out with them. Scope of work : painted kitchhen cabinets Communication - 5 out of 5 - he was prompt with his reply when I inquired a quote, provided a detailed explanation of the scope of work, and kept me updated throughout the transaction . He also advised on color choices and has such a cheerful attitude. Work Ethic - 5 out of 5 - very honest with his thoughts and opinions, and is possibly one of the hardest workers I've met as he works day to night to ensure everything is delivered beyond expectations. If there was even any remarks from me, no matter how small, he comes back and fixes it and then go above that to repaint everything again Quality of output- 5 out of 5 - was beyond what I thought painted cabinets may look like. I needed to get the hinges replaced on a noisy inside door of my house (the joys of being a new homeowner), and I got several responses from contractors across Yelp. Andrei's stood out both because it was the lowest price quote, and he had the best reviews of any other respondent. It seemed a little too good to be true, but I figured it was worth taking a chance. I'm glad I did, because Andrei IS too good to be true, and yet he exists. Excellent communication, punctual, thorough and completely self-sufficient, the hinge replacement process started off great. Then, after expertly replacing the hinges, and even sanding a bit at the base of the door where it caused the door to stick when opening and closing, he checked to see how the door opened and closed - the door was now blissfully quiet, but still stuck, and he identified the door latch and plate as needing to be adjusted. Above and beyond! The door works perfectly now, it's literally like a new door.
