Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. Went all last year with a heated pool. Lockinvar will not replace it, only sent parts. I'm convinced that Botto does not know how to fix it. I don't think any one on Long Island can. I am in the process of hiring another outfit to replace the unit of my choice. My only choice with Botto was this piece of junk made by Lockinvar. My neighbor across the street has his installed around the same time. His is running now, but had multiple problems at the beginning I have not heard from Botto this season yet. Dont buy a Lockinvar for your pool.

I tried duck taping up the pipe where the water was leaking from. I surrounded it with towels, but nothing could be done till Bob came to the rescue. I called 10 plumbing companies. He did an amazing job and replaced these leaky bendable type pipes that have been there since I bought my condo with copper ones. He soldered like a champ.
