If you plan on coming here to start a renovation, I urge you not too, and I can't stress that enough. Very long review and it's not even half the issues we dealt with I decided to work with my contractor and he suggested this designer Amy, she came to my house, took measurements 12/22, and then was supposed to get back to me with a design for Kitchen cabinets. I called for two weeks, go to the store on a Sunday 1/10 and she shows me the design. I needed a few things switched around or changed in the design, told it'll be done by Wednesday and the cabinets will be ordered I ask multiple times if it's possible to get my cabinets soon, she tells me the cheaper company I want take 5-6 months, which is a lie because my in laws received it the week before after 10 days. In the time at the store, she gives us price for the cabinets and floor. We pay on 1/11, I ask for a copy of the final design. 1/14 I text her for my design, sends me a completely different design that isn't even mine because the measurements were all wrong. We finalize the "base cabinets" on 1/15 and she texts me that those cabinets and the island are ordered. Says she will order the rest as soon as she sees the space, load of shit. I then wait a week and contact the contractor who has her come over ,and remeasure because I saw that she did not have proper measurements. 1/17 she shows up assured us that the order will be in two weeks I'll have all my cabinets, then come 2/17. And missing a piece for the island!! Along with trimmings such as molding, end pieces. The contractor was done weeks ago, but we continue to wait on these trimmings. 3/1 today and she has told us two days in a row that the delivery will come, and I have stayed home because if not her delivery men will leave it sitting in the driveway and don't give us a time frame.We are at the point where we have an incomplete kitchen with a designer who ignores calls and texts. During this waiting period she also got offended that I questioned her job and asked for a copy of my design (because it was never made and ordered) for the contractor to use. Refused to speak with me, but only with my husband, who didn't want any part of dealing with her or the job. She let me know She had never dealt with a customer like me, but her reviews clearly state otherwise. If she was honest about being unable to complete the project in time or was honest about when she placed the order, I could have understood and been more patient, but it was lie after lie. The floor was delivered broken and incomplete on three different occasions. Her delivery men do not tie the product down in their truck and then we have video footage of them attempting to just leave it in the snow at our home. I'm 9 months pregnant, home alone and have to figure out how to carry these boxes inside. The same delivery men delivered the cabinets, threw the boxes off their trucks and dragged them into the house, ripping the boxes and chipping sides, they had no hand truck, just pulling it by the straps on it. I can't stress enough, go somewhere else for your business, anywhere else cause nothing can be worse then this headache and stress. Amy seemed very nice and willing to help the first time I met her. Everything was going Well until I put a deposit for my countertop. I was told it'll be installed in 2 weeks. 4 months later I got a headache on my hands. They made it extremely hard for me to reach them. Their caller ID helps them ignore your calls. Everytime I spoke to Amy, I was told "they'll install/fix it tomorrow." That was going on for 4 months. One day I got aggravated and told her I can't play anymore games I need it done, she flat out yelled top of her lungs, cursed me out, and assured me she is not a prostitute (no idea why I needed to know this). I have never been disrespected like that in my entire life. Biggest mistake in this world is Amy. She intentionally makes your life harder and she knows it too. Everything you order from her, she hides few pieces here and there so you always have to return and get the remaining pieces. She does this to make sure she gets her payments. So this place has been giving a good friend of mine the run around. After 6 tries they couldn't get the job done. ( wrong cut out for the sink, wrong material, piece cut incorrectly) So I went with him to speak to who I believe is the owner of the company and she gave guarantees that this will be done and they had completed 11 other jobs perfectly. Her and her partner (the man who does the installations. Both set a day, signed a form promising the completion of this project. The day that they guaranteed to complete a job. My friend gets a message saying," hey I'm not coming to complete the job, I don't think you'll pay have a great day." 90% of this was already paid off and they have his material like the sink, doorknobs, etc. that was purchased from elsewhere. So if you want a run around and people who don't know what their doing and to donate your money this place is for you. If your looking for a good job and trust worthy people this isn't the place for you. Also forgot to mention they don't answer the phone after they take your payment and you have to chase them down and call from different numbers in order to see where you materials are or if they're even going to show up. read more

Last year - I decided to renovate my for my elderly parents Having just lost my husband, it felt like a frightening ordeal for me So meeting Ami at Glamour Tile - I felt comfortable. She was a woman business owner. She assured me not to worry. She would take care of everything with the renovation project. Together we selected tile, flooring , grout & backsplash for the kitchen so happy with her - I paid in full so expedite the delivery. A few days later - I went back to Glamour Tile & orderedEVERYTHING needed for a bathroom including a tub , toilet , sink , shower head & shower body. I was so excited. Again paying in full. I elected not to use Ami's handyman for renovation - because he was not licensed. It surprised me that she wouldn't have hired a licensed contractor to do such expensive work The day the kitchen material was to be delivered. She promised me it would be at my home by 9am. Nothing arrived - I called and called. She would not take my calls. By 3 pm - nothing had been delivered. I had to pay my carpenter and plumber for a day of NO WORK. Ami wasn't the helpful cheerful store owner - she became a viper She only wanted my money. The following day -my kitchen material was delivered late afternoon. The delivery man look stressed - Ami blamed him - for the late delivery The bathroom was worse. She never ever ordered the material needed to begin the renovation. If you are looking to do any type of work, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. If you are looking for helpful, nice, caring, truthful and good employees to work with, go elsewhere. Now, If you want horrible customer service, unprofessional, condescendin, disrespectful and lying employees, such as Amy, then this is the place for you. I spent approximately 5,000 in this store and wish I never had. First, the lost my original "estimate" with everything my wife and I had picked out. We had to start over. Both my schedule and my wife's are crazy, so to get together and spend the time to pick out tiles, vanity etc, was a challenge in and of itself. Good thing I took a picture of what we had picked out because when we did go back and worked with Amy, she tried TELLING ME what we chose. I very nicely told Amy that a specific tile she picked out was not the one we originally had. Her exact response to me was, "I'm the professional, I do this for a living trust me this was it". However, IT WASN'T. I found the picture and compared it and finally was able to get the original tile we picked out. Moving on, I call the store to ask general questions, too see when my order is arriving, and to find out any specific details that my contractor was asking about to make sure everything was what it needed to be. Amy NEVER answers the phone. Getting in touch with this place is a nightmare. Next, Amy had scheduled a delivery for me between 4-5 pm on a specific date. I had to take off from work to be home to receive the delivery. They never showed up. I called the store over 25 times (no lie) and the phone was never answered. You can't even leave a voicemail because they inbox is full. The following day I finally get a hold of Amy and her excuse was, "we had an electrical issue at the store and closed for the day, early" I responded with "we had a scheduled delivery appointment and you guys never showed, I had to take off from work to be there for the delivery, a heads up, a phone call or anything to allow me to know you aren't coming would of been nice" Amy's response was, "we do not make personal calls". Next, the delivery finally comes on another day and they are missing items. The driver said they packed the truck wrong. I had to wait another whole week for those items to arrive. I ordered a specific number of square footage for floor tile and I received less then the amount I ordered and paid for. When I called the store there was no answer, I had to physically go into the store to have this rectified. After a brief confusion and then Amy finally understood, she said she'd place the order to have the extra square footage shipped to me. Amy said approximately 2-3 days. On the third day, the shipment came. IT WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TILE. Amy's response was, they delivered the wrong tile. I had to wait yet again for the correct shipment. Next, I ordered a custom vanity to specifically fit my bathroom. Amy tells me once the vanity is installed, they will come and measure for the custom counter top. The appointment was for a Wednesday at 12-1pm, they never showed. They never answered the phone. The following day I get a phone call from the person who is coming to measure and I was told he was never told about an appointment for the previous day. I was told he would be at my house to measure between 4-5pm that Thursday, he came at 530pm. Is 30 minutes a big deal? of course not. But having dealt with all of this this far, it's unprofessional. Next, Amy tells me the counter top takes 2 days to come in after the measuring. I called the office an obscene amount of times after the two day period to see when the shipment is coming in. Amy didn't answer the phone once. I had my wife call, Amy answered. Quite clearly, I was being ignored. After 2 full weeks, the shipment came. to add on top of it all, they cut the counter top wrong by just half an inch, but nonetheless, it was wrong. I attempted to call the store and no surprise, there was no answer. My bathroom remodel that was supposed to take 2-3 weeks tops, is now being completed at week 7. 7 weeks without a bathroom and shower all because of this horrible place and horrible customer service. BUYER BEWARE! If you walk into Glamour tile...please do yourself a favor and walk back out. Amy will act as if she wants to help you. She will play nice until she gets your payment and then she will disappear. She will promise you the world and not deliver. I ordered my kitchen cabinets, floor and almost countertop from her. Wrong tile delivered on the first try. 5 weeks went by and then I had to track down where they were ordered from and my husband and myself had to pick them up ourselves. I also tracked down my cabinet company and they said they will NOT under any circumstances deal with Glamour Tile so she changes the name to Jericho Tile. She must have a bad reputation wherever she goes. Not to mention, her delivery person does not show up when they say or at all. He throws unopened boxes of cabinets at you in a pick up truck and then turns around and asks for payment. I received 90 per of my cabinets and 1 month later she has not reached back out to confirm when the rest of it will be delivered. We have taken matters into our own hands because we know it will never happen. I also had my countertop installed from someone else as she lost my business on that part or Id still be waiting since this all started in January. The contractor she recommends is also a joke and thankfully my husband can do 85 per of things himself because thats what he did and did the job better than any loser she recommended to us. Amy had the nerve to text my husband and threaten she will not help us get the rest of our order until the rest of the payment is received. HA! We are smarter than her and we became one step ahead of her after the first issue. She is not fooling anyone with her games, lies and scams. There is so much more I could write about this business now that my kitchen is complete I really do NOT care. I hope everyone boycotts her place. I will write a review every day until that place is closed down for good. Amy should be ashamed at the way she treats people, the way she runs a so called business and the way she handles money. The previous reviews must be all fake from competitors. There isn't a chance in the world they are accurate. I had an an amazing experience at Glamour Tile. From the moment I walked in, Amy and her staff answered all my questions, showed me a variety of tiles to select from, was very reasonable with prices ( I shopped around and Glamour was lowest-priced for the same tile) and completed the transaction without a single problem. I have been to other Tile places and believe me they treat you no where near how Amy treated me. We ordered our cabinets on 12/7/2019 through Amy, the store owner. She promised us our cabinets to arrive before the holidays. Our cabinets never arrived! So my husband and I called the store to find out the details of our order after the holidays. As we are also understanding of holiday times and hours... However, when we called the store we were promised that Amy would return our call. We waited for Amy to call us and a week had gone by... We found out through our friend who had also called the store numerous time looking for Amy that she was away on vacation. This was information that she never infomed us of during our transaction... We called again on the day that she was suppose to return from vacation. She was not at the store, instead we were told by one of store clerk that she would be returning our phone call the following day on Saturday on 1/4/2020. She never returned our call on that day either... So my husband and I went to the store on 1/5/2020 in the morning to follow up with our order. When we saw Amy at the store, she nonchalantly greeted us and said, "Oh, I was going to call you on Monday...I just got back from vacation!" We said okay and we decided to trust her one more time... Monday came around and she never called us. Instead we were told the following days from her store clerk that our order was CANCELLED from the kitchen cabinet company that Glamour tiles works with so ONCE again they needed to reorder the cabinets... at ( My husband and I am guessing the orders were probably cancelled because 1. Amy never sent her workers to our home for measurements 2. Amy never followed up with the kitchen cabinet company with the measurements 3. Amy never followed up with the computer drawing with the measurements) At this point, a month has passed... So we requested that our money be returned. Long story short for the past 3 weeks from 1/6 until 1/22 , today, we still have not received our money (the deposit that she requested) and she told us numerous times to come to the store to pick up the money... Everytime we go Amy and her store clerks have a reason as to why the money is not ready. My husband and I tried to reach her via phone, but she has my husband's number blocked along with our friend who also have been trying to reach her. Also, when we arrived at the store on 1/22 at the time she told us to come she closed her store for the day... WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY RETURNED as this is not how business should be conducted. The ordering of tiles went very smooth but after that it was all downhill. The tiles did not come in on the time promised. Thankfully the contractor started later than planned or I would have really had a problem. I will not use this store again because they do not deal with you truthfully. We were promised grout to be delivered and never heard another word about it. The contractor custom mixed grout to match the grout that was already installed because we did not receive the 2nd box. We were told they could not "contact their driver". How do you do business if you can't contact your driver? They are not trustworthy so I will not shop there again. read more

The experience I had here at Glamour Tiles was absolutely atrocious. I was renovating my bathrooms and den, which required a lot of tiles. In the beginning, Amy was completely nice and sweet. She was incredibly helpful and helped me and my family pick tiles that we wanted. We also decided on getting bathroom vanities from her store. Once she received payment for all the tiles and vanities, everything went south. She told me that the vanities would be delivered on a certain day, but they never arrived. She stopped picking up phone calls and ignored my texts. Once I was able to get in contact with her, she kept giving me the excuse "I can't get in contact with my driver." After many months of chasing her down for my vanities, I got the wrong size vanity for one of my bathrooms, which was a whole other dilemma. After a couple weeks, I got the correct sized vanity. Additionally, I needed to get countertops for the vanities. Her men came in and measured the vanities. After another couple of weeks, the countertops were delivered. Lo and behold, the countertops were the wrong size. We had to get that remeasured, resized, and installed. Installation was a nightmare because when I confronted her about how disappointed I was in this service, she started yelling at me in front of my house. It was so obvious that she was determined to please me and do the best job possible. She put me, the customer, and my needs first at all times. Lies Lies Lies Amy is a nightmare to deal with. She ordered all the wrong plumbing fixtures-tub, shower and faucet and then charged me $300 more for the right faucet-her error. Her fabricator punched the hole for my vessel sink in the wrong place on the quartz countertop. Of cours she wouldnt take it back but repaired it. She owed me close to $2000-her error-and would not pay for over 2 months.She even gave me a check that bounced! I lost weeks and weeks of work time due to amy. Decent selection on tile. However, customer service is horrendous. When i arrived the first time, there was no other customer in the store except for myself. There was a man and a woman with curly hair name Amy. I was in the store for at least an hour, they did not acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. I came a second time, again there was no one in the store except myself. Half hour had past, Amy and that man were casually eating in the back again not acknowledging me. Another Caucasian couple came in while Amy and that man were eating. The minute they stepped into the store, Amy asked if they needed any help and proceeded to help them. Decent selection but very poor customer service. Granted I was a smaller order, but I would have liked to be treated with some more respect. Told us twice it would be ready and wasn't which costed me money for the contractors time spent not tiling. If you are going to shop here, just make sure you order all the tile you need WELL in advance, as they are just a show room with no inventory and have to order and ship the tile they need. If you need extra tile during the project, it will take a few days minimum (1 week in my case) Update: Also, I agree with the other review, they told me to my face that they would take back the tile that was not needed. I did my bathroom and kitchen over in Feb 2015 and working with Amy and Nicole from Glamour Tile was the best decision I made. They were so helpful to me on choosing the right quartz countertops, the backsplash and the tiles. Everything came out great and it all matched so well. The delivery and installation of the kitchen countertop worked out perfect. Amy and Nicole are very talented and they have a great eye for interior design. I was so thankful that I found Glamour Tile. They are open 7 days and week and are always available to help you. The prices are very competitive. I went back to Amy to help me choose the paint color for my kitchen and she was happy to help me. Of course I went with what she suggested. You are in very good hands when you use Glamour Tile. Although we purchased tiles and countertops from this place over a year ago. I never got around to post a review. We were renovating our first home and had no idea what it takes to complete the reno. We purchased tiles and were delayed due to them not checking that they received the wrong tiles. We also did outlr countertops through them, we had some issues and were going back and forth. Our kitchen required 3 pieces of quartz. One of them clearly had a chip in it and the guys clearly tried to easy fix it. After multiple phone calls etc they took the piece back and they brought it back, we noticed few days later that they did not replace it (which is what they told us) but they buffed out the piece to the depth of the chip. We would have never accepted this if we saw it right away. Thankfully its a side piece but it does have a different shine and finish to it than the other pieces. Overall it took forever to get stuff done through this place and I would never go here again. read more

Stay away from this store. It is highway robbery. The owners Amy and Nicole quoted price differently. Nicole is better to deal with as she is more pleasant and more reasonable in prices. But Amy is so obsess with money. She quotes very high price and she doesn't honor the price deal that Nicole gives you. By all means, if you have to buy anything from this store, deal with Nicole, NOT Amy. By the way, if you order anything in excess, there is NO return. Glamour tile is just a third party store. They order the tiles for you. They also don't deliver which is a big let down. With the high price they charge, at least they should deliver the tiles for free. After they take your money, they DON'T order the tiles for you right away. They don't keep the promise date of the arrival of the tiles because they don't order them right away. They only order the tiles 2 days before your actual work starts, no wonder they keep asking when is the date of your actual renovation. I guess they don't want to stock your tiles in their warehouse. We purchased about $2K worth of floor and wall tiles here for our kitchen. Originally we were told sale items can not be returned, when we returned to make the purchase we asked again and were told by another salesperson that they can be returned. Needless to say we went along with the purchase and had extra boxes of tiles. They took back the wall tiles but charged us a 25% restocking fee on 2 small unopened boxes. They would not take back the extra floor tiles regardless of the fact that the salesperson who rung us up told us they would. Most places that sell these types of items gladly take back extra merchandise because of customers always overbuying to make sure they have enough material to cover the job. Unfortunately we are out about $300 now. It's unfortunate because we actually love the stuff we got but would not return here ever because of the difficulties of returning.
