Their management fee very reasonable and beats others. Normally you get what you pay for. Well, I had Coldwell at 11% management fee and this company had far superior customer service at a much lower percentage. I had to wait 3-4 days (if ever) to get any kind of response from my previous RM company. I work with Renee from Willamette Meadows and she always gets back to me in 24 hours--more often than not, she actually responds within the hour! We have had them do backflow testing as required by Salem and they took care of everything. We had them do a repair and they were on it. They check on the property to ensure its being kept up (as opposed to my previous management company that didn't do that and the lawn had to be replaced front and back). Bottom line: If you are looking for an inexpensive rental management company that cares about both its tenants and owners and responds quickly, look no further. It's great that I will never need to change rental management companies again because of their great service!

They told me I could pay 6 months in advance to move in, or I wouldn't qualify anymore. This is all after I had already been approved. Ridiculous company that I would not recommend anyone go through. In that 22 minutes they rented all of them. Lucky me my ex daughter in law is white and drove there with me. We waited 5 minutes and I sent her in looking for the same thing 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom in my price range. Not only did they give her application but they gave her keys to go inside and look at all four properties. They just told me NO. They are a racist company and I have ok credit Score is 750. They understand human circumstances, have compassion and are always professional and responsive. I contacted Bertolucci Management regarding the state of the landscaping at my retirement community…read morewhere I have resided for 10+years. Initially they were very responsive to my concerns, but after sending pictures of the dying and horribly chopped trees and plants, they no longer responded. The landscaping was ignored for several weeks, then resumed with no improvement. There in ONE employee who is responsible for all of the landscaping in a 300+ retirement community. He has had no training in the proper care of trees, shrubs, roses, rhodedendrons, azaleas, perennials, etc. The arborvitae that borders my building are diseased and dying. It's very unsightly. I can't recommend their services.
