They are made of MDF and wrapped, but the finishing is horrible. For doors that cost thousands of dollars, this level of workmanship is unacceptable. On top of that, the doors are excessively heavy and cannot even be properly installed without additional reinforcement, which should not be necessary for a quality product. What made the situation worse is that these were custom doors. The company came out and measured the openings 3 separate times, yet the doors and frames still arrived in the wrong size. Instead of correcting the issue properly, the store sent someone into our apartment to cut and modify the doors on site. This resulted in further damage and poor finishing--essentially butchering doors that we paid a premium price for. In addition to the quality issues, we never even received the full order. We have been trying for months to get a refund for the missing doors, but have only received empty promises like "we're busy" or "we'll take care of it," with no resolution. At this point, we had no choice but to file a claim with our credit card company to try to recover our money. Also, being required to send the initial deposit via wire transfer should have been a major red flag. This situation has caused unnecessary stress in our home. Between the poor quality, incorrect measurements, and lack of accountability, I strongly advise others not to do business with this company. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This review is based solely on my personal experience and interaction with Prestige…read more My experience: When the windows were delivered on November 15, 2024, I was unable to reject the delivery as I was informed verbally, and they confirmed in writing, that the windows first "needed to be installed" before any inspection could take place. Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project. When I tried to cancel my project, Mr. Benhamou told me he had ordered materials and will lien my property if I cancel. He refused to provide verification of order. We were stuck. Accepted to work with them rather than have a lien. They knew nothing about Martin County Building Department permitting/inspection process. I had to instruct them. No one that comes to your property speaks or understands English. Atleast they pretend they don't. In converstion, Mr. Benhamou tells you he is a GC. He is not. It is legal, but he uses another person's license. He is simply a salesman. He meets to get your business and you never see him again. Thls company caused SUBSTANTIAL, unnecessary damage to our property due to their rushed installation and carelessness (photos available) that we had to discover on our own inspection of the installation. We are stuck having to make these repairs. Mr. Benhamou told my neighbor "there's no damage, it was like that". Piles of broken window glass!! They closed out the permit foregoing a final walk-thru to determine descripencies with material and their work. Three non-operational windows with no committment of when they will repair. I am not able to find license for the name of the company they sent to our home for installation. They are not employees of FIP LLC. According to public record, Florida Impact Pro LLC has only been in business for months. August 2025. No BBB rating due to brief time in business and no track record. My husband and I work successfu lly in the real estate and construction contracting business. We have never experienced such an awful installation. It's important to bring attention to companies like this to prevent other homeowners from enduring what we have experienced. Services not listed.
