They are unprofessional and to date I still have NOT received my window screens. They sent David a supposed technician who struggled to take measurements. . Well the next encounter with him turned into a shouting match over the phone he was rude and very disrespectful. A week later the company sent him back. He was on the phone again yelling and very threatening. At this point I did not want him to come near me. He has an anger management problem.
