We started our visit with a small boat ride that took us underneath the Golden Gate Bridge and around Alcatraz. After the boat ride, we went back to Pier 39 and spent some time walking around and taking everything in. There are tons of places to eat and plenty of souvenir shops, so there's something for just about everyone. I especially liked that there were little designated spots that said to stop and take a photo. It made it easy to capture some great pictures and remember exactly where we were. Of course, the absolute highlight for us was the sea lions! We could have watched them forever. Most of them were completely content to lay around and sleep, but there were a few especially playful ones that kept trying to push each other off the docks. It was hilarious and surprisingly entertaining to watch! If you're visiting, I definitely recommend going up to the second level to watch the sea lions. It was much less crowded up there, and we had a better view without having to fight through a huge crowd of people. We also looked for the famous musical stairs. I had seen videos of them online and expected them to be a bigger experience than they actually were. In person, they were honestly underwhelming. We walked past them two or three times before we even realized exactly what we were looking at!

For returns processed as a refund to the original payment method, an $8 return fee is deducted, in line with our current returns policy. We understand how the wording may have caused confusion, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention." Thanks for victim blaming and calling it my confusion, but free return is what the letter states. This is what their website AI agent states.. She seems to be the one who does the measuring for customers, and I really appreciate how quick their service is. They definitely know what they're doing! I was nervous about bringing in my nicer denim at first, so I tested them out with a pair of corduroy pants. It was $15 for a regular pants hem. The second time I went back, I brought in four pairs of denim, and they were $25 each for the original hem. They came out perfect. The thread they chose was almost exactly the same color and you can only notice a slight difference if you really stare at it up close. I'll definitely keep coming back here. This is a large multi-level store, and maybe at times it provides a pleasant shopping experience, but today was not it. I hardly saw any employees working & I did not interact with anyone. It seems like there is an end-of-season sale going on or something because the store was a total and complete mess. Many items were 70% off, but there were slim pickings for sure. Clothes and shoes were strewn all over the place and there was very little rhyme or reason for the way items were displayed or organized. Full priced items were set out in the midst of the sale stuff and it was just chaos and mayhem galore. I found a skirt that I liked, but I was so grossed out by the fitting room with clothes everywhere and the disarray in the store that we just bounced and got the heck out of there. Yikes! Do better for your customers, Zara!!
