I definitely do recommend Zara. They have a deathly wide variety in selection of clothes that are very nice. Their cologne game has definitely stepped up a lot. I use the night home 2 I came here around 6 o'clock, so the service was very good because there wasn't that many people in store especially during closing hours and the value you get from these items is definitely high-quality fabric as well compared to other stores where you might pay hundreds of dollars for a T-shirt or jeans or other accessories and

Worst Zara store in the world. You feel like everyone there works out of pure anger, and when you ask for something, they act not as if they're being paid to help you, but as if they're being forced to stop doing something more important to do you a favor. On top of that, the shirt I wanted only had sizes L and XL on the rack, and the mannequin had the only size M. I said I needed the M, and they told me no. I politely asked, "Are you sure you can't get the M for me? Because this really represents a terrible customer experience." The guy said, "I can ask my manager if you want, but she'll tell you the same thing." I replied, "Well, if she's going to say the same thing, there's no reason to ask, is there?" Also, the store is always--and I mean always--filthy. Completely dirty. The fitting rooms look abandoned, with no cleaning or maintenance whatsoever. The worst experience you'll ever have at a Zara will be at the San Francisco location on 250 Post St.

One of the most pleasant shopping experiences ever. The store is really spacious, super clean with no clothes scattered all over the floor, and I was able to find what I wanted immediately. Also, every size of the item I was looking for was available, which I feel hardly happens. Ended up with a gorgeous camel coat!

okay stop us for supposedly stealing but won't look at our items and just stands around confused and cant back their shit up. imbeciles.

Staff is very cold and rude. Makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience which is a bummer as I work a block away

I love Zara because it has a high end quality but with affordable price. It's just quite crowded but I am surprised.

I don't usually write reviews, but this one is long overdue. Therapy Stores on Valencia Street is,…read morewithout question, one of the most special places in San Francisco. It's more than just a boutique... it's a warm, welcoming little pocket of joy in the middle of the Mission. One of the reasons I keep coming back (beyond the incredible gift selection and stylish, inclusive clothing) is because of the owner. She's owned this family-run business for over twenty years, and you can feel the love and intention behind everything in the store. She's one of the kindest, most humble people I've ever met, and every interaction with her reminds me why supporting small businesses matters so much. What really blows me away is that she always remembers me. Every time I walk in whether it's been a month or six she greets me by name and asks about my family. She remembers the little things: that my best friend I normally shop with here got engaged, that my dad fell ill last year, even what kinds of gifts I usually gravitate toward. It's such a rare and genuine connection, and it makes shopping there feel personal in a way that big stores could never replicate. Beyond the amazing people, the store itself is beautifully curated. You can find gifts for everyone !! From toddlers to grandparents, quirky coworkers to stylish best friends. Every item feels handpicked, and the range is both thoughtful and playful: hilarious greeting cards, cozy home goods, funky socks, beautiful clothes in all sizes, and unique accessories you won't find anywhere else. It's also incredibly inclusive and community-minded, with products that celebrate all identities, orientations, and body types. In a city that sometimes feels like it's losing its soul to chain stores and tech monotony, Therapy on Valencia is a refreshing reminder of what small business can and should be. A place with character. A place with heart. A place that feels like home.

But it often came with the hassle of returns and exchanges, so getting to shop in person felt like a win. The moment I walked in, I recognized that signature Sézane fragrance--it instantly took me back to opening those boxes at home. The space itself is beautiful, and the newest collection was thoughtfully displayed, making it easy to browse and get inspired. Service was great--friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is the limited selection on the floor. They do have more inventory in the back, but you kind of have to know what you're looking for to ask. It's not as browse-friendly as I'd hoped. Overall though, a really lovely experience. Definitely nice to finally connect the online shopping habit with the in-store vibe.

Sézane has always been one of my favourite brands. What I loved most was its unique French charm --…read morethe delicate lace, beautiful feminine details, romantic blouses, and designs that felt genuinely special. In a world where so many brands seem to offer the same thing, Sézane used to feel refreshingly different. Lately, though, I've been wondering what happened to that identity. Some of the new designs are so different that I genuinely laughed -- one piece even reminded me of a Chinese lantern! At the same time, I'm seeing more and more styles that feel quite ordinary and could easily be found elsewhere. For me, the name "Sézane" isn't enough. I shopped there because the clothes actually felt like Sézane -- distinctive, elegant, feminine and unmistakably French. I really hope the brand brings back more of the beautiful details and individuality that made so many of us fall in love with Sézane in the first place. Otherwise, sadly, I'm not sure there will be much reason for me to keep coming back.
