Cute little spot! Lots of Z Supply clothing, which I love. They have a cute assortment of jewelry (a little pricer than I wanted) and mini perfumes/lotions - I ended up buying some of the mini perfumes, as they're super convenient to throw in a handbag or to take when traveling. I felt that the perfume, lotion and clothing were all priced on par with other businesses. It was only the jewelry with unfortunately, seemed a little out of line. Had it been a little less, I probably would have walked away with some! Worth a stop in if you happen to be visiting the ever-touristy Ghirardelli Square. 2025: 63/100 read more

First impression, very cute clothes that are reasonably priced! Second impression, the girl who works there, Lauren, was sooooooo rude!! I haven't experienced such bad customer service in a while. No greeting, no smile, nada! I was asking for a specific item that I had seen in the window and she makes a hand gesture pointing to where it's located while at a computer, like how dare I, a customer, interrupt her from her IG! I was with my sisters and we would have spent a lot of money. But we left, because that rude girl. Girl you work retail, work on being more pleasant and selling clothes, that's your job, you are there to cater to customers. Jealous vibes. read more

The store itself is super cute. Overpriced but that's a given considering it's a touristy area. Cute jewelry, accessories, perfumes, etc. It's a cute little shop to browse around in. I work in an office building nearby and occasionally on my lunch break I like to stop in and see what they have. A couple of months ago I saw these super cute pink sparkly earrings that caught my eye, but I didn't end up buying them. I couldn't stop thinking about them so I have been wanting them ever since. EXCEPT- they are always closed now when I go around 12pm on my lunch breaks. Always closed. For 2 whole months, at least once a week I have tried to stop in and get these. Their hours are inaccurate, and when I finally called one of their sister locations the manager explained to me over the phone that the employee who opens was running late. Really? They've been running late every time for the past couple of months?? It's honestly ridiculous, either change your store hours or hire someone who can actually make it on time to open. They have a nice mix between little girl accessories and accessories for women. We loved browsing around and found a bunch of things we loved. Stopped in while I was waiting for our drinks at Ghiradelli next door. It's a cute little clothing and gift boutique. I wanted to grab a souvenir for our SF trip but I didn't want a rinky dink key chain or shot glass. I saw some really nice jewelry in the window and I knew I had to stop in to look around. It's a small store but packed wall to wall with great cute gifts. I was drawn to the delicate rings, earrings and necklaces. A little pricey for some of items but they are locally made. I didn't look any of the clothing. I ended up with just a cute vintage gold fortune cookie necklace. It just the cutest little piece of jewelry to remind me of SF every time I wear it. It's good quality and I know it will last me a while. read more

Stumbled on this little boutique as I was heading into Ghirardelli Square for some ice cream. The store is so adorable and easy to maneuver. The service was also really spectacular. I have been looking for a variety of summer dresses for some upcoming graduations and found the perfect one! They carry stuff from a lot of cool designers and have a great unique selection from Free People ( whom I have been obsessed with my whole life!!). They also had a great selection of hats, shoes, unique jewelry and inspirational books. Do not pass up your chance to stroll around this store! You're bound to find something extra cute. My friend and I stopped by the shop shortly after 10am on a Monday and it was closed. There aren't any hours listed on the door, so we checked their website and winter hours were listed as 10am - 6pm. We explored the area a bit more, and even calling back at 11:30, no one answered. It looked like a really cute shop from the outside, so we went back later on after finally being able to confirm they were open until 7. When we walked in, the girls sitting at the front gave us a look and barely whispered a hello back to us. They didn't ask us if we needed help at all while we were browsing. Completely rude (picture the scene from Pretty Woman). On top of all of that, the shop itself was also completely disappointing and neither one of us found anything worthy of purchasing. They definitely need to work on their customer service and accuracy of business hours. Things clearly don't change though since other customers have written identical reviews that date back to 2010. For both mothers and daughters, you can find items like: * One of a kind clothing - Boutiquey styles, boutiquey prices. Expect to pay top dollar. * Jewelry - It all seemed locally-designed. * Candies - Beautifully-wrapped and presented * Lip balm - With the store's name on it! I know there were other items, but I can't seem to recall! Oh, I really wanted the chocolate bar calculator. I thought it WAS chocolate. It seemed more for looks than functionality though as the buttons were squishy. I think it was around $12 or so. I did buy one of those glitter bouncy balls ($5). The kids stuff seemed for the younger set. Think 5 y.o. and younger. If I was strolling around here, I would probably come back to see what they have in stock, but I wouldn't come out of my way. Gorgeous stuff - but really grossly overpriced. This is place is where all little girls would love to live and buy everything. Heck, I would love to live here if I was the ages of 5-15. "Please mommy! Please daddy! Wouldn't I look so pretty in this?" and "Pretty, pretty little princess" are quotes that would come to mind. Little knick-knacks and dainty jewelry. They sell similar items like Anthropologie - but less commercialized and independent items. This place is located next to the To-go Ghhirardelli Cafe. Lumped in with all of the "I'm with Stupid" t-shirt shops is a little gem of a shop that stands out like a sunflower amid a bed of iceplant. From the outside, I couldn't tell exactly whether this was a store for little girl things or a store for grown-ups, but I was interested enough to stop and announce that I wanted to go into this shop (unlike every other Wharf shop J and I had walked by except the Buena Vista)! Turns out that the store is both little girl and grown-up merch, but easy enough to avoid the little girl stuff as it's in its own separate section. The rest of the shop has cool jewelry, stylish clothes, beautiful purses, and appealing tchotchkes. Someone took a risk putting a store at the Wharf that even locals would like, but it pays off. The store associate was pretty inflexible over the requirements to wear masks at all times which we appreciate--but her attitude was quite rude and condescending. I was at Ghirardelli Square and I remembered this shop from a year ago and wanted to see what is new. I must say this store is aesthetically pleasing to the eye! Love the classic simplicity theme and such cute SF locally made souvenirs and knick-knacks. Why the minus stars you may ask? Well unfortunately as other yelpers have stated that staff here have terrible customer service. I walked in on a busy Mother's Day weekend Saturday about 5 pm after having Ghirardelli ice cream and was so in love with the delicate necklace tree near the cash register. The two female sales associates just kept talking and gave me a dirty look like I had interrupted their gossip session. Customers kept walking in and neither of them paid attention. This happened my last visit here a few years ago and I remembered why I didn't buy anything even though I was ready to purchase Mother's Day gifts here. Such cute things here, super disappointing. I think this presents itself as an opportunity because the store is located in the perfect location in SF Fisherman's Wharf vicinity + some of their products are local hence the higher prices as surrounding stores are the same. However, if anyone is going to spend at a high price point the customer respect level must be elevated. Such a cute store, match it with outstanding customer service! read more

I was in the area and wanted to stop and buy a pair of earrings. I have been in the store before and everything is very nice, good brands and beautiful jewelry. After browsing, I spoke to a saleswoman and complemented the store with her, I was really happy that they are back in business. A nice Free People shirt caught my eye. It was marked down and the only one left, so I decided to get it. After my 3 items were rung in higher than expected, I asked why the price changed. The saleswoman said "my boss said we aren't selling anything for the posted price because of our lost customers from the virus", which is understandable. Although I was confused why she rung me up under a different price without mentioning that, I changed my mind on the shirt. She replied: "I can show you something cheaper" which sounded very condescending, implying that I was only interested in cheap things. It is not the costumers fault that the price tag said the sale price and most importantly don't be rude about it. read more

This is a really lovely shop close to Ghirardelli Square. Go stuff your face with an ice cream sundae and then take a stroll down the block for some retail therapy. The vintage looking style of the store is super cute. It's expensive, but nearly everything for sale is appealing and pretty. Think bath products, stuffed toys, beautiful scarves, etc. This is a great place to shop for unique souvenirs if you're visiting San Francisco; I picked up a couple of locally made candles, hand painted greeting cards, and a cute bracelet crated by a local artist, all for under $50. This is a reincarnation of Delilah Crown from North Beach and it's better than ever! I love the decor, the color scheme...it's such a happy store! I stumbled into this shop while exploring Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square. As a few other people mentioned, it almost looks like a children's store but, while they do have a kid's section, there is stuff for all ages. Upon walking in, the first items I saw were some cute little ring dishes from a brand based in Jacksonville (Natural Life) so I was pretty excited. I wandered around the store for maybe 15 minutes, reminding myself I didn't have much room in my bag. This would be a fantastic place to get unique gifts (they had some really gorgeous coffee table books, for instance). The prices are definitely not cheap but I didn't find it that crazy. The girl working was very friendly and we chatted about the aforementioned brand that is local to where I live. A great stop if you're in the area. read more

Was in the area and was killing time window shopping when I was lured in by the wall of Pusheen plushies at the window. Small store with lots of cute things and fun displays, looked kid friendly and totally my kind of store. But honestly would never shop here or recomend the place to anyone. Lady at counter had the meanest most annoyed I hate my job face I've ever seen. I spent like 20 minutes in the store and not once did I ever see her look up to greet customers or smile at anyone that came in, way too interested in her computer screen obviously hating her job. It's not the cheapest boutique, but it's nowhere near the prices as the kinds of shops you find on Fillmore or Union. With shitty little studios in SF going for $1750+, who can afford (or be dumb enough to pay for) a $200 tank top? At Gigi + Rose, you can look super cute and still pay your rent. They have an excellent assortment of accessories too, like hair stuff, perfume, jewelry, bags. Although I don't have kids, I will remember this next time I need something for a small girl because this boutique has the cutest stuff for kids I've ever seen. Buyer beware! We bought a hat here after my son tried it on. Once we purchased it, he put it on again and realized that the clasp didn't work, so we tried to return it. Mind you, we had not even left the store. The owner refused to return it. There was no sign posted at the register that alluded to this fact, which I'm pretty sure is not good business practice at the very least. I pointed that out to her, but she did not care. She simply refused to refund us and made us choose something else in the store from the selection of overpriced crap that we did not need. Tocca minis (never seen them before!)... uber cute... Florence is my fave and every other day scent du jour. Pretty earrings and classy little French inspired plates, beautiful printed linen scarfs in watercolor tones and Kokeshi doll fragrances or something... had a hard time taking her head off. Basically the buyer has great taste and even though the shop seems like a mother and pretty princess in pink daughter shop... not so. There is more than meets the eye.
