This is a super cute little shop located on Ghirardelli Square. We were waiting in line for Ghirardelli so my mother-in-law and I walked next door to check it out. They have a nice mix between little girl accessories and accessories for women. We loved browsing around and found a bunch of things we loved. The prices we a little high but we loved looking around.

Couldn't help myself had to get a souvenir fortune cookie necklace

Stopped in while I was waiting for our drinks at Ghiradelli next door. It's a cute little clothing and gift boutique. I wanted to grab a souvenir for our SF trip but I didn't want a rinky dink key chain or shot glass. I saw some really nice jewelry in the window and I knew I had to stop in to look around. It's a small store but packed wall to wall with great cute gifts. I was drawn to the delicate rings, earrings and necklaces. A little pricey for some of items but they are locally made. I didn't look any of the clothing. I ended up with just a cute vintage gold fortune cookie necklace. It just the cutest little piece of jewelry to remind me of SF every time I wear it. It's good quality and I know it will last me a while.

Stumbled on this little boutique as I was heading into Ghirardelli Square for some ice cream. The store is so adorable and easy to maneuver. The service was also really spectacular. I have been looking for a variety of summer dresses for some upcoming graduations and found the perfect one! They carry stuff from a lot of cool designers and have a great unique selection from Free People ( whom I have been obsessed with my whole life!!). They also had a great selection of hats, shoes, unique jewelry and inspirational books. Do not pass up your chance to stroll around this store! You're bound to find something extra cute. Sure, it's a little $$ but it's to expect when checking out boutiques in prime real estate!

Nice looking little store in San Francisco down by the square. Had a bunch of little neat nick-nacks and toys for kids I like little places like this it's just kind of a mom-and-pop cool looking store hello free toys you can play with as long as you in the store. You know my kids like toys we all like toys to play with the kids so nice little store 4 out of 5 stars

Business hours are not accurate. On a Monday, they were not open at 10, let alone 11:30. They also told us they would close at 7

My friend and I stopped by the shop shortly after 10am on a Monday and it was closed. There aren't any hours listed on the door, so we checked their website and winter hours were listed as 10am - 6pm. We explored the area a bit more, and even calling back at 11:30, no one answered. It looked like a really cute shop from the outside, so we went back later on after finally being able to confirm they were open until 7. When we walked in, the girls sitting at the front gave us a look and barely whispered a hello back to us. They didn't ask us if we needed help at all while we were browsing. Completely rude (picture the scene from Pretty Woman). On top of all of that, the shop itself was also completely disappointing and neither one of us found anything worthy of purchasing. They definitely need to work on their customer service and accuracy of business hours. Things clearly don't change though since other customers have written identical reviews that date back to 2010. Had we found something we liked, we wouldn't have purchased it due to their rude attitude.

The pier is filled with unique shops, entertainment, and plenty of places to grab a delicious meal while enjoying the beautiful views of the bay. The food options are endless, from the famous clam chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl to tacos, seafood, and classic fair-style treats. As you make your way toward the end of the pier, you're rewarded with stunning views of Alcatraz Island and the bay. One of the highlights is watching the sea lions relaxing on the floating docks below -- a fun and unforgettable sight. Whether you want to stop by for a quick bite, enjoy the scenery, or spend the entire day exploring, this is one of those places that has something for everyone.

Having lived in San Francisco for numerous years, I've been to Pier 39 many times -- sometimes to…read moreshow out-of-towners cool parts of my favorite city and sometimes because I just wanna go to a place by the bay that feels like a carnival! The stores are super cute, there are things to do, there are restaurants as well as good quick eats (like the mini donut shop - oh my gosh that's so good - and a cute retro candy shop at the end of the pier. Additionally, the views at the end of the pier are magical, and you get to view it with songs from the sealions! There are also magic shows at the pier you can watch for free and a large carousel! Pier 39 is 100%, touristy, but it is still festive and fun, whether you're an out-of-towner or a local resident. The only downsides are the prices (because this area is a tourist trap) and the parking. Here are some tricks and tips: Look for coupons for some of the pier activities (ie, coupon books, Groupon, and even on the ads in the local map they give you for free). I've found coupons for the Aquarium By the Bay, restaurants, the mirror maze thingy, and The Flyer. You can also go to the Visitor Center office on the 2nd floor of the pier! Just ask politely for coupons, and they'll usually have something. (They gave me 20% off some nice restaurants last time.) As for parking, be careful with street parking because if you are even a minute late, I swear, you'll find a ticket on your windshield! The city ticket workers are like hawks. There is a Pier 39 parking garage that is the closest but costs a lot. You can look for open parking lots further away, like at hotels, which can be cheaper. If you are able to walk, that may be a good option -- or better yet, take public transportation when you can. That is part of the San Francisco experience! One more tip: if it's your first time there, bring a lock to put at the end of the pier! (See photo) There are definitely a multitude of photo opps here!

My daughter and I were visiting from San Antonio for her 10th birthday, and I stopped in hoping to maybe find a dress for my 40th birthday. I ended up finding the most beautiful dress, and my daughter picked out the perfect belt after Victoria suggested adding an accent. She also recommended a gorgeous scarf that made the whole outfit scream, "I'm 40 and I'm here for it!" Victoria and her two amazing interns made us feel beautiful, confident, and so welcomed. They were incredibly sweet to my daughter, and I'm so grateful we stopped in. It made my day and left such a positive impression on both of us. I'll definitely add a photo of the finished outfit when I wear it! They had prices to fit all budgets and the proceeds go towards so much good!

After she left the City, I decided to go get the pin for her birthday in July (if I can wait that long). I called to find out when they'd be open. Victoria, the owner, answered and let me know when to come by. Meeting Victoria in person was a delightful experience as was finding out more about her very eclectic jewel of a business. It's a nonprofit that helps people by giving them a boost up with beautiful clothing at little to no cost. The clothing is all donated, clean, on hangers, and goes to help those in the community to get warm clothing, to interview for a job, or just feel like they can stand up a little straighter. Anyone can come to browse through the myriad of treasures. And, of course, buy something at a good price. All proceeds really do go back into the community.
