Had a full scissor cut with Noah who was very nice but I didn't expect to walk out having this full scissor cut taken so short, and he kind of just made this executive decision to take my bang off and left me with really nothing to work with in my hair compared to what I walked in with, only asked for 1/2 inch off the ends. Disappointing for the price but others have had great experiences. I personally felt messed up by this cut on the first day sorry to say. He claimed I needed everything to be cut symmetrically when my hair grows or lays differently on its own, it needs to be cut based on how it lays. Tbh it was very easy to create an appointment no doubt. Even on a Friday afternoon. The last text I received was that there is $15 dollar late fee, and a $70 last minute cancellation. I head in 30min early . Come in to find out Noah was about to dig into his lunch. Patiently waiting up for my 2pm appointment. Noah and Frederick. Come out. Looks like they're headed for lunch. 2pm comes around. And now I'm angry. He's late.They're both late. I don't understand why both had to leave for lunch since Noah already got food.If i am expected to pay a late fee. That should be expected from them as well. I sat down. With noah. And tells me that the length of my hair won't be long enough for the cut and that for today he could create a solid foundation.. I told them maybe it's best to come back later when my length is ideal . Frederick.gave me this speil about being independent contractors and that this is their livelihood. Blah blah. At first I was really nervous of getting a wavy perm with long hair. I liked my hair to be more medium length and he is the only place I've went to where he cut it perfect of where I liked it. When the wavy perm was done I didn't know how to style it or do much since my hair went from straight to wavy and it was awkward at the start.
