I've had great experiences here in the past however the last 6 times I have gone here have not been great! I go for a dip every time and they have done terrible, from grinding the old dip down to my natural nail leaving dips and grooves in my natural nail to the dip lifting within 2 days my nails have become so brittle and weak this last time I had them cut them all down and give me a builder gel with a cat eye, the application of the builder gel was just glopped my 8 yr old could have done it and the cat eye color I picked was a eggplant purple color which the man got up after 1 coat and proceeded to grab a cHRISTMAS red and applied that over the 1 coat of what i actually chose and said they normally do that because the color comes out to dark?! Did you ever think I chose the dark color for a reason??? And definitely not cat eye. Only sparkly red Definitely will not be going back. Especially to pay $70 for something I didn't ask for. read more

I've been here a couple times before. All was good until I went most recently. I asked for an ombré with chrome at the tips. The lady I was sitting with said she couldn't do them so I moved with someone who said they could. They also said no. No one in the place could do ombré with chrome? They said specifically becuase it's chrome. I went with a simple French tip with cat eye at the tips to make it easy for them. At the end I added a star design with a little diamond on the center. It fell of the next day. I went back the next for them to put it back on and fell off AGAIN. So I went BACK asked them to put more glue they did. now it's day 3 with them in and now the other diamond in the other hand fell this time. Really disappointed I got them done for an event I'm going to and my nails don't look complete. read more

I went in for pedicure on 3/27/26 with appointment. The receptionist was very nice but did not tell me to choose nail color. The Technician kept mumbling something I did not understand to her co-worker on the next station. she adjusted the water temperature only when I kept getting my feet out. she clipped toenails nice, showed me I had bad ingrown toenailsos on my right toe., she pressed hard, I told her it hurt. she did remove ingrown toenail after poking and hurting me several times, I kept moving my foot but she would not stop. the rest of the pedicure was fine. she kept mumbling to her coworker and coworker would look at me. When I told her I had not picked color, she got the color selector, handed it to me, before I could grab it, they fell on my lap. she looked at me weird and mumbled something. after polish done she mumbled and I understood, "go over there" pointing to the front door. She walked me to the drying station. She came once polish dry, pulled off the toe separators so hard, they tore. When I went to pay, I gave receptionist $2.00 for technician tip. He looked at me weird. I walked out QUICKLY. I have never given $2.00 tips before .Thats all she deserved for treating me like TRASH. The whole time I was there, she kept looking at clock, like she was on a time limit. She has no business dealing with the public. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had with having my acrylic nails filled. All of the nails had the sides past the nail and I had to go home and file all the sides down. They did not want to put two coats of gel polish on. The tools used were not disinfected, towels used were dirty. The tech nicked my skin twice. Overall terrible experience. Zero if I could. I went in for a full set and pedicure originally. I only ended up getting a pedicure the lady that did my pedicure took 1 hour and 25 min to do a pedicure. She literally cut me 3 times and I told her to stop poking inside my skin and she kept going. My left big toe ended up getting infected and now hurts and it's red and swollen. Thanks for the trip to urgent care! I will never go back here. I didn't even have any issues with my nails before or ingrown nails and now I have to deal with the discomfort and pain. I made an appointment with Lee for a dip mani and spa pedi last week, and I was a first time customer. My reason for leaving my previous salon was that while they did a great job, they constantly over-booked and despite my always having an appointment, there was never a time when I could be out of there in under THREE hours (a couple of times the tech at my old salon left to pick up her child at school in the middle of my manicure, and while I understand that, it wasn't like it was an unplanned event, it was her normal routine and she didn't ask me if I had an extra 30 minutes to wait in the middle of my treatment). Not the case here! Lee started off by wrapping my dip nails while she performed a flawless pedicure - my feet felt amazing! Next, she did my dip mani and it is probably the best one I've ever had - my cuticles look clean and Lee really listened to my input about length, size and shape. What made me happiest is that Lee was ready for me immediately when I arrived, and I was out of there in under 2 hours, even though she did both my feet and my hands herself, without assistance. It has been 10 days now, and everything is looking like I just had them done yesterday. SO HAPPY! I will be back soon!!! read more

I have had pretty decent experiences here except for years ago with someone who was very nasty. With the exception of that one woman, everyone else has been pretty good. It wasn't until I tried calling them recently and could never get through that I realized they blocked my number! I tested it by calling from my Mom's phone (who actually started going there at my recommendation) and the call went through. I then made an appointment and the woman who did it was very cold and unfriendly. I regret giving her such a nice tip at which, naturally, she didn't even say thank you. Needless to say I won't be returning here and will tell my Mom to go elsewhere also. They don't want my business, fine, then give me back my $60 which is insane for a basic mani/pedi. First She was so hesitant to work on my natural nails, then She scraped the crap out of my nails and then couldn't file them into an almond shape. This place is AMAZING! I was on vacation and needed a quick mani. There are nails salons on every corner in the Bay Area where I live so I had some pretty high standards and this place delivered ! I was greeted the minute I walked in , as did every client that walked in after me. I decided on a pedi as well and was told to sit down for my manicure. I chose a sparkly purple color for my pedi and was pleasantly surprised they had it in gel for my mani too. I love that they do the mani and pedi separate so it is more relaxing that way. ANDY did my gel manicure and he was so detailed with the filing of the shape as well as the gel application. Usually with sparkles it is easy to get patches but he did such an amazing job to have all over coverage of the color. He was super nice and got me a cold water before my pedicure. NANCY did my pedicure and she was great too. I upgraded to the Royal Pedicure since it had paraffin included in it . Nancy put flower petals in the water which was so cute. The mask she put on my legs smelt to amazing like a vanilla dream. She had great pressure during the massage and I was so close to falling asleep . I love that they use a timer for the massage so you get the full time and can really feel relaxed by the end of it. The salon itself was very neat and clean . The pedicure chairs were super comfy and they have TVs. I hope to visit again on my next vaca to the desert. read more

I went to go get my nails done here, I asked for a gel manicure. I previously had acrylic on my nails that were over due to getting fills. But I simply asked for gel manicure this time. There was a different lady finishing my toes, and there was this other lady I guess that was gonna do my nails, this other lady came to me and looks at my naiks and asks me, you don't want a fill? I told her no, I want a gel manicure. I could tell she was frustrated that she had to take off my acrylic nails because she kept asking if I still wanted a fill. But I told her "I would like the gel manicure, I don't really like having acrylic nails anymore and I would like my nails still, so to please if you can try to keep them long" As she was taking off my acrylic nails with another fake nail, she started cutting them including my natural nail. And I know when taking off acrylics, it can be painful but if done properly, there's no pain. And when done properly, your real nail is still there. I've had gel manicure done before, right after acrylic nails that are in need for a new fill, with no problem before and my natural nail still being there. I told her I would not like the gel manicure anymore, my nails are way too short. And I even got up and this lady was still holding onto my hand and I told her it's okay, you can leave it it's okay. And she was still holding onto my hand. I thought she was extremely rude. She did a horrible job, and still didn't acknowledge what I was telling her. When I went to pay, the lady told me $46, and I asked I thought it was $36 for the gel pedicure and she said yes but we charge $10 to remove acrylic nails. I said really? And she said yes. I told her as of next time when you decide to take off acrylic nails, you don't yank them off, look how short you had to cut my nails because of how you took off the acrylic nails. She just stared at me, and didn't even bother to apologize. This was so horrible. It's honestly the worse when you have to pay for something that wasn't done properly. read more

Today I went for the first time and I was enjoying the pedicure but when I got to my nail fill it went down hill. The guy I got really disappointed me. And I'm pretty easy to please tbh. I chose a nice lime green for my nails, he advised me to do a layer of white gel under so The color would be even and pop more so I said okay I Trusted his judgement. He did a sloppy layer of white that when he put the green he noticed so took it off and did a 2nd layer, then he goes in with the green now on the 3rd layer it was already so uneven and lumpy i asked him to please take it off and I'd chose a more simple color so He redid it but didn't even try. I had a coffin shape but when I walked out my nails were still lumpy not even coffin shaped some were round or super thin almost stilettos I spent almost 100 there and walked out so unhappy I went straight to D&T to get them redone I wasted more than I wanted to just to be a guinea pig. I don't mind paying for a quality high-end mani pedi, so I opted for an upgraded pedi. I was very disappointed in the quality of services. Stone massage was 20 seconds on each leg. Callous remover was applied then immediately removed which resulted in no change to my rough heels. The manicurist also didn't listen to my requests. I asked for shape, no trim... he trimmed. I asked for square with rounded edges... I got square. Also, the nail techs do not wear gloves, and I didn't notice anyone wash or sanitize between customers. read more

If you come here, make an appointment. I come here from time to time because it's close to home but, it's very hit or miss. The last time we came, my daughter asked for a fill and to fix a nail. The nail was fixed, but nail tech didn't want to do the fill being that she had a scheduled appointment walk in. I'm assuming it was the person in charge made her do the fill, but my daughter felt uncomfortable after that. I stopped by today since I was shopping in the area and was told it'd be a "few minutes", an hour and 8 minutes later I left. I asked after 30 minutes and was told 10 minutes. But, it obviously wasn't. It would've been nice to be told there'd be a long wait so I could leave or make an appointment and come back. read more
