I usually go somewhere closer to me. I don't LOVE my usually place. As they aren't really into creativity or over the top looks. But the nails last long,'and thin enough to itch scratches lol My daughter said "let's go to the Brothers" i didn't really want to because it's kinda far, but she wanted to go, and wanted to have a girl time w her. She told me to get something more intricate, as i like designs but most places can't get it right or won't do it. (I get it, it's nail art, and they are nail techs). So went for something a little more over the top. I felt super guilty after realizing how my time my nails went into, so made sure to tip her well. A lady next to me asked to see the end product and said they always do designs exact. She and my daughter are not wrong. I'll be back to the brothers as a regular now!! I will never recommend this place to anyone, they treated my mother with disrespect and had no patience.

My fiancé went into 1 hour before closing asked if it was okay for both manicure and pedicure for acrylic, they said yes. The nails came out beautiful but the customer service was awful. First off, I gave my fiancé $120 to make sure it was covered, they ended up overcharging her and they lied about how much was paid upfront telling us we still owe $30! We love the nails but do not appreciate being lied to especially with no receipt and no communication. Very money hungry people who are not honest and will take advantage of you if you are by yourself with no one to voice for you and protect you. We ended up paying $150 which was originally supposed to be $128. I hope others decide to take their business to people who have integrity and honesty in their hearts instead of manipulative liars. read more

This was my second time at brothers.. One of the brothers wife I'm guessing did my nails and she left a big gap underneath the fake nail and I asked her if this ok? Will it lift? She said yes it'll be ok I didn't have her fix it right then cause i wanted to see if she would on her own and she didn't. Anyone knows there should be no gap underneath any fake nail. Once finished, I left and my nail immediately came off once I went home. I went back one of the brothers fixed it kindly. I'm just so thrown off by the experience which sucked cause the salon has been renovated and it was relaxing. I also got a pedi. My skin around my big toe became inflamed and had puss. I soaked it it went away. Fast forward a month later I have my gel pedi on and other then my big toe, my toe nails are literally lifting from the sides on all 4 small toes and they will fall off I'm guessing cause they already are in left with just the top of it. Iwent from for a beautiful set, payed 117$ for the total service and a 20$ tip out of generosity, totalling out to 137$. I ended up with a nail falling off within 1 hour and I'm left with my no toe nails other than my big toe. It's almost comical. I'm concerned she didn't even use alcohol after cleaning my toes. Completely disappointed. So much money and I will not go back for a third time... If you do not book with one of the brothers or one of the more experienced males it seems, good luck to you. In a month you might end up with ur toe nails falling off which is a complete shocker. It wasn't worth my time or money. :( read more

I needed to get my nails done last minute. I heard about this place for years and have seen their work from a couple of friends and from what I've seen I really liked their work. First time here today and I had a bit of a wait upon arrival. They were very busy which was a good sign but my experience was not great. The girl that did my pedicure was very nice but seemed a little rushed and of course they try to upsell you on everything which I fell for. I got the $30 pedicure so I could have the callus treatment. While doing the treatment, she cut my right heel with the grater. Grated the skin right off! I asked her if she could do a black cat design on one toenail which her response was: "I will try". I told her if she could not do it to please just forget it. So I ended up with a $45 pedicure with a crooked cat and a cut heel. Probably my last time going here. read more

Okay. There is so much to type about this experience. Everyone here is very overworked. You can immediately tell by the way the staff treats their customers. I accompanied my mom to get our nails done and asked if they had an opening, the lady said yes. We sat down and proceeded to wait an hour and a half. That was too long. When it was finally my moms turn we were starving, the man who was working on my moms nails kept sighing and complaining when my mom asked for shorter, "shorter nails please, shorter, I don't want them long at all" it seemed as if his life's depended on these nails being long. It was annoying. And while filing her nails my mom pulled her hand away because it was obvious the dude wasn't being gentle. He had an attitude and grumbled about it. When I saw that it was getting on my nervous, I went ahead and looked at him and said "a little patience please" in a stern voice. He settled down. When it was finally my turn, another man did my nails, and I showed him a picture of the shortest possible and SIMPLE NAILS, he said yes yes okay, then proceeded to try to give me long nails. (Are they stupid?) I kept saying shorter, nope, shorter, NO, short short, small, so he sees im annoyed, and he says "why?" Like I need to give him a reason why I want my nails short! I gave him an answer anyway but still annoying! After he finished the shape, I noticed that the edges were left sharp as hell. I didn't care cause I can fix that easily, but I went to wash my hands "use water not soap" is what he said, so I did, and I rough dry my hands and he rudely says "what there no paper towel?" His co worker heard and basically said "hey!" Like saying don't do that. Both my moms nails and mine were SHARP! Like could cut skin. The nails are pretty, they do a good job, like I would go again lol mainly because I'm no push over! Now this is the part where they completely saw that I meant business, when my son left his book there and they threw it away in one day. I drove as soon as he let me know and it was in the trash. I went in and had my son ask for the book, they talked to each other because they knew where they had put it, (it's standard for any business to keep lost items for a set amount of time before throwing it away) they grabbed it from the trash and handed my son his school book smelling of pure nail liquids it stunk up my truck. Listen, I'm usually a patient person, but these days people who run a business act like the customers NEED THEM. They need their customers to come back otherwise they will go out of business. People are beginning to do their own nails at home Including me, if they gave the best customer service that alone would keep their customers coming Back each time. Wow nothing but wow!! To be honest This was my first time coming here and I was actually exited my sis in law wouldn't stop talking about how good they do there job but I had the worst experiences in my life!! I have never I mean never been so uncomfortable to do my nail! First of all I got to the location at 5:00 and they were pretty busy which is understandable so I waited about an hour or so! After that someone was available for me so I sat down and he started. I told him I am but it's kinda hard ( mind you he has just started) then I started looking through pictures on there Instagram on my phone while he was doing my nails and he got mad and told me that they might not even have the color that I want. I come to brothers nails and spa pretty often i like very basic nails so i leave happy most of the time. There is only two good people who work here who often begin or finish the work of others, doesn't bother me since it's team work that makes a business work. However you have to wait a long time for that one good person to finish your nails. I noticed when you tell them you want a design they say yes and then say they do not know how to do the design once half way done. Today i went in once again for a for a manicure and pedicure. A lady went ahead and started on my pedicure first when i was sitting down the lady began to drill the my previous gel off, she was going very rough and cutting me. The lady then noticed i had acrylic on my big toe and grabbed another person which does fantastic work. Although i like his work he began to give me a fill without asking me if i wanted a new set or soak off since they were clearly broken he went ahead and just did a fill, when i wanted my toe nails longer. When the lady started putting products on me to soak off paint i had a really bad reaction my feet were burning she kept grabbing my feet out the water telling me to not move when i was clearly in pain and my feet were super red. I started itching and telling her it burns and she laughed. I understand she might have not understood but it was so clear my skin had a reaction. I told the lady before i started i was pregnant, i told her before she put paint i wanted to just play it safe and not get anything else done that i was in so much pain and did not want to harm my first child. Another lady approached me rudely saying why i don't want my toes painted i told her i was pregnant and wanted to play it safe she understood after a few times. I let them know i will pay for the service they gave me which was only soaking my paint off and drilling. Along with a FILL on my toes. They charged me 34$????? 34$ for a reaction they gave me and a fill .. that's ridiculous i would've gladly gave them a tip since it was nothing that they did. I understand there time is money but now I'm in pain. He kept saying things in another language and was laughing the workers would look at my hands after they spoke and laughed. Nails painted SLOPPY. I was recommend by a friend who said that if I did a walk in any nail tech would do a great job. Sure enough my first experience there was great. This second time around was horrible. When I arrived there was no customers waiting although all nail techs were busy, so I figured it wouldn't be too bad of a wait. The place quickly got full. So they called a guy from the back who clearly was not a professional to take me in. I knew my gut feeling was right. Mind you I only needed a quick fill and change of color this guy managed to rip one of my natural nails off completely in the process of removing the acrylic nail and it hurt so bad. I had to ask him to please stop and they told me to wait for the next available person to help me. By then they had already taken two other customers so my wait would be longer which I was okay with even though that was very bad customer service. What really bothered me was that no one apologized let alone acknowledge my finger. Even the guy who helped me afterwards was just wanting to get me out quick. It took 2 and a half hours to get a fill plus it cost me $40 to just get the fill not even a color just the top clear coat and I was out. They seem to just want to get customers in and out quick with no regards of customers needs. Also very filthy they don't clean up after every customer there was nails everywhere. They didn't tell me or have any notice saying that different shape nails cost more yet they charged me Extra for having stileto shape( not even long nails so makes no sense to me). Took my wife to the nail salon today and she had an older gentleman doing her pedicure who left her nails sharp and jagged after plenty of times telling him that they needed to be filed more. Received the worst set I've ever had done here and they charged me $88. I first asked for some nail art which the guy tried and I genuinely think I could have done better on myself. Since they were charging me nearly $100 I told him on about the 3rd nail I really don't like it and picked a much simpler design. Some issues with my nails include, ring finger nail significantly longer on the right, not completely filed and the nails keep getting caught in stuff because he didn't file them properly, extremely messy application of silver leaf, blue splotches on the white areas, and he blatantly didn't listen to what I asked for numerous times because I made very clear I did not like what he was doing. When I brought up to the owner that these nails are obviously horrible he couldn't deny it because literally every nail has major imperfections. For almost $100 you guys should be doing MUCH better work. I am extremely disappointed and will never be coming back and letting everyone I know never to come to this scam of a salon. I wish I could give you guys negative stars. You should be disappointed in yourselves. Like if you suck at nail art I get it, but don't say you can do it and do an awful job and charge me an arm and a leg. Disgraceful. read more

This place is horrible!!! The nail tech was so rough that he made my skin bleed. The acrylic was super thick and the shape of the nail was horrible....Of course when I showed him the design he said he couldn't do that design with polish even though I have had it done before. Seems like if you are not getting fake nails they don't want to be bothered with you. I also had a broken toenail and he was going to just paint over it until I had to ask him to fix it before doing so at which time he put some nail glue over it then painted it. Of course it broke days later. He shouldn't have been so lazy and put some acrylic over it like other techs have done. I will never go back nor will I recommend this place to even my dog. I may as well go back to doing my own nails as most of the places around here give the crappiest service... I can do bad all by myself! read more

I just finished filing down my uneven toenails since apparently that was too big a challenge for my operator, who couldn't even be bothered to say hello. Cuticle left in tatters, he was very rough cleaning out under my toenails and when I jumped in pain and asked him to be gentler, his solution was to simply not clean under my nails anymore, leaving me with dirt under my nails.
