Wen and his wife have an amazing crew and just an amazing environment to be in. I've been coming to them for 10 yrs and I don't really see myself going to another salon. I am a heavy duty worker so my nails when gotten need to atleast last me longer than the 2 weeks. It wasn't until after scrolling through their instagram was I sold on making this my new shop. I called on a Monday and they got me in for a full set the next morning. I was a bit hesitant in waiting 45 to get met nails done, but I'm sure glad I did!! I got a great and warm welcome from Wen, a funny and talented co-owner. He really took the time to get to know me and was SOOO happy to hear that it's a family business and he works along side his parents, siblings and wife! Gave me all the feels haha The place itself is pretty clean, had a variety of colors and services to choose from. Product wise, I got an acrylic set with gel French tip. I got waxed here and Hanna was amazing! She was super sweet and knew what she was doing. She shaped my eyebrows as well. Definitely will recommend her if you need to get your eyebrows done or get any part of your body waxed. read more

I got the bang for my buck. $55 for my pedi and I can't complain. She was great! $35 for gel and just for my hand to soak in water. I should've just said I wanted a polish change. Here's my tips after being a regular here for over a year -make an appointment if you don't want to wait. -Liz gives the best caring pedicure -Lynn gives the best thorough pedicure All manicures I've gotten have been amazing with Wen giving the best artistic ones! Go on a Monday or Tuesday when they are slower if you want extra TLC If your having and issue with the way something is being done say it and ask for help if you feel their is a language barrier. The team here deserves respect and is doing their best. I honestly love this place the only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because their is always room for improvement. I remember coming here and they used disposable pedicure Instruments. Yesterday, that was not the case. I gave the older lady the benefit of the doubt and thought , maybe she cleaned them before using them on my feet. She did not. As soon as she was done she dumped all the instruments she used into my feet water and put them back into her little closed case. The next person came along and she didn't even wipe down the foot area for the next person and proceeded to use the same tools without wash. I'm pretty disappointed, because I love getting my eyebrows waxed here and thought to treat my self to a pedicure. I now. am battling a fungal infection on my toes and worried it is in my toe nails. Next time I will go some where , with disposable pedicure equipment. A man did my nails they looked pretty good but took the liquid that he was dipping and using on my nails and poured it back into the bottle that he poured it out of to begin with! Completely unsanitary. Then got a wax and the woman double dipped the stick the entire time. All of these are not up to code. Also came here once with an apt wanting the same design on my toes (for vacation might I add) I had gotten on my nails after my toes are painted white im told that only one girl does that particular design and that she had an apt which hello I did also one that I paid 10$ for! I went in a few weeks ago with my husband for pedicures and I left extremely upset!!! After waiting over 30 min, our pedicure took about 15min. Both the owners (husband and wife) did our pedi. The lady didn't even bother to cut my husbands toe nails at all (I had to cut them when we got home). She hardly even filed them. We pretty much just soaked our feet for 30 min, and got 2min massage... paying almost $50. I understand they're short on staff but this is ridiculous. I've been going there for about 5 years now and it's just not the same anymore. I'm glad I found a better nail salon that truly cares about their clients. EXCELLENT SERVICE ! Always greeted and friendly environment!! Hanna is the go to girl for pedicures. She is very friendly! Very careful when dealing with nails & she takes her time! For acrylics I would go to her boyfriend! The young man! He is excellent at getting your nails the way you want them done. Prices here are decent and are not expensive at all. It's the best price in town. I recently moved back to the area and had to call around for pricing because where I moved from getting pampered costed less than here. Extremely Bad customer service, starting with the manager (Peter) and a very rude female (Jackie). I will never go back there again, and I do not recommend at all. Too bad I had already requested most expensive pedicure and manicure for my daughter and self. I asked for professional advice on design and they refused to give suggestions, not politely, but extremely rude and bothered. When I then suggested a simple small butterfly design they said they could not do a butterfly. Excuse that nail was too small. Everything seemed impossible for them to do. They always seem to get me in and out even when they are at their busiest. I always get gel manicures and they seem to last me the longest here! Do not go to this place they gave me nail fungus! I pointed out that my nail had white spots and they said I left the polish on too long which I always go to them every month. It wouldn't go away so I went to the doctor to ask and she definitely said it was nail fungus after I went to the salon to speak to them they said your nail is healthy looking and they could perform a pedicure which Is probably how I got it in the first place they will do it on anyone just to get money and do not disinfect their things they also said my doctor was wrong!
