I came here with two other friends for pedicures. Cash only so heads up, they do have a little atm up front but it's better you come prepared so you don't get charged. Didn't have to wait long, they don't take reservations just walk in only. I think it really depends on who you get when you come here. My person only did one coat of nail polish while my friend who got Amy got their pedicure done meticulously. They do waxing here too, got my eyebrows done and upper lip too. Came in for a gel pedicure & Amy was amazing!! She took her time and gave me a really nice leg massage. They are very clean here. I only gave a 4 instead of a 5 because of the pricing. My regular nail shop usually charges me $31 and here I did pay $41 plus tip. Definitely recommend making an appointment with Amy if this fits within your budget! read more

Worst nail ship ever!!!!!! They refused to do my nails after telling them it was regular gel. I hate this place

I went in for a gel pedicure today. While the nail tech was removing the old gel polish with an electric file they filed through actual nail bed (not the cuticle, the actual nail bed....). My nail bed was in a lot of pain and started bleeding. I understand accidents happen so I asked that nail tech to not touch that toe and just do the pedicure on the other nails. They ended up putting nail glue directly in the open wound of my nail bed and continuing the pedicure. My nail is still in pain hours after my appointment and I am now worried about possible infection as the gel polish was put right on top of the drilled off nail. The actually gel application was good, but I can't get over having my nail bed drilled off.... read more

Zero stars!!! I was treated very rudely by United Nails. I was given the phone number by my former technician, who moved out of the area along with the recommended new technician and her contact info. I first called the salon but at 11am on a Thursday morning, no answer. I then called the technician to book an appointment. I walk in and was curtly greeted with "May I help you"? I explained that I have an appointment with the technician that I made directly with her. This was their rude response... "You must make an appointment by calling the shop, and motioned to the door as if to usher me out. I didnt even get an opportunity to explain. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be back. I asked for a normal manicure and they charged me extra for removing my old nail polish. I have never heard of a nail salon charging extra for old nail polish removal. During my time there, the nail tech did not greet me except for when she told me to wash my hands. The nail area was sticky, the chairs were ripped, and when walking up and down the business, it was sticky. The nail tools she used came from a drawer and was not in any seal. I heard of the bad reviews of this place but I wanted to make that judgment myself. Let's just say, I have never felt so uncomfortable and annoyed. I doing recommend this place at all. read more

Not the experience I was expecting after reading the positive reviews online. went there for my 4 year old daughters first mani pedi. I got a mani pedi as well. My daughters nails were rushed so they could move onto the next person. My toe nails turned out terrible. The color isn't even and it's blotchy. When I went to pay with my card the man at the front pointed at an ATM. I asked why I couldn't pay card and he stated I don't take card. No where in there did it say cash only prior to me getting my nails done. He then got disgruntled and said "I will do it just this once" and took my card. I made a statement about there being no prior warning and not wanting to be charged an ATM fee when I'm already paying for my nails and toes, (which I wasn't satisfied with). He then followed that up comparing him getting charged a fee for customers using cards. How is that my issue? After getting in my car to leave my daughters nail polish started falling off. We went there 5 hours ago and by now my daughters nail polish is nearly gone. pictures posted on same day as I visited this facility. Dont worry about using my card just once, that will be the last time I'm back UPDATE: my gel manicure has started to peel off after only THREE DAYS! Visiting PS from LA and desperately needed pedicures. I checked on Yelp yesterday and saw this place had 5 star reviews, so I booked two deluxe pedicures at 4:00 today. First, let me say this place is immaculate. The sterilizers for all their equipment are displayed in plain view. Techs wore gloves for services and utilized one-time use scrubbers & files. All the clipping & cleaning equipment came from the sterilizers. Okay, I'm a germaphobe, but I don't like picking up fungal, or any other kind of infection. Our techs were on time picking us up and gave us our full time for service. Both spoke English very well, which can be very helpful. Neither tech hurt either of us and both gave nice, relaxing exfoliation and foot massage. Funny thing though, I told my tech I found her place on Yelp and she had no idea what I was talking about. I broke a nail very deeply, to the point that if it snagged on anything, it would hurt badly. On my way home, I decided to drop in here to see if there was a chance they could do a quick glue repair. TO be fair, I didn't have an appointment, though I would have been happy to wait. I stood in the open doorway for about 2 or 3 minutes before anyone even noticed me. There was a lot of laughing and talking, so it seemed like a nice, friendly place. About 5 or 6 stations seemed occupied. One woman was getting supplies from the back, saw, me, said nothing, and went about her business, but it might not have been her job to greet people. Finally, the man sitting about 4 feet from the door looked up and saw me and asked if he could help me. I said, "Hi, I was wondering if there is any way I could get a repair?" I held up my finger by way of illustration (it wasn't my middle finger, just so you know!). He said, "We very busy now!" and gestured to all the full stations. I waited a bit to see if he would offer to allow me to wait until someone was free, or offer to make me an appointment, or damned near anything OTHER than pointing out the obvious to me. When that didn't happen, I said, "Soooo, that's a 'No'?" And he said, "Sorry, no." He didn't sound sorry. He went back to what he was doing. I'm not giving one star because he wasn't outright rude. But without any real effort at customer service, I'll find somewhere else to go, despite how close they are to where I live. Bummer because it would have been nice to go somewhere close by. read more

I'm honestly pretty disappointed. I just got my nails done YESTERDAY and now today they are just a disaster. I got gel polish cause I was told it lasts longer and decided to go with a matte finish. They looked perfect when I left the shop and today 5 of my nails are just ruined. The gel has lifted off the nail. Didn't even last a day. I've never had this problem when getting nails and I'm just annoyed that I paid almost $40 for them. I have a special occasion tomorrow and I doubt they're open on new years. Very clean nail salon. I just came post COVID closure. They have protection sneeze guards at every station. The pedicure station also has the protection shields too. My experience with this salon was less than enjoyable. This was my first time here, and unfortunately will be the last. I asked for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. Both of these services were rushed by the technician. The cuticles on my toes and fingers were not properly cleaned up, I received no hand or leg massage, and my polish is not lasting very long. I always request gel as it lasts at least two weeks, as long as it applied properly. Clearly the gel was not applied properly by the nail tech. Last and final complaint in regard to this establishment, the salon is not very well kept, a few of the chairs are worn and peeling, and the environment is less than relaxing. I shop at the Stater Bros, in the parking lot on a weekly basis and always wondered about this salon. No need to wonder any further. read more

I am sorry to share that I realized after I left this place that I needed a manicure. Yes, I had just paid for one ($18 + $7 tip) but my hands, cuticules and nails really looked like nothing had happened. In fact they looked worse. This is very strange. And 1 hour later the polish started to peel off. I have had mania on a weekly basis for over 25 years. It has been many years since I had such an experience.
