They said they had availability but when I got to the salon, my appointment was actually scheduled for 2 weeks later. I should've taken this as a sign to just leave and get it done somewhere else. My daughter's hair was originally past her waist. The stylist cut probably 6 inches off. I told her about 2. She cut the first 2 inches and then without saying a word started cutting more. She spoke very little English and basically said it was uneven. It was not 4 inches uneven!! She asked if I wanted curls and I said no so instead without asking again put my child's hair in this braid style which I would never do. She used men's gel so my daughter's hair stinks. She put the braid style in to cover up the botched hair in the front. I also never part my child's hair in the middle. I asked for her hair to be cut all one length just a little trim. In the photos, it might look like this is layers, but it's not this is just a really terrible haircut. My daughter BARELY moved the whole haircut. For a 3 year old she did really well. I'm so disappointed in her hair. It was so long and beautiful and it's totally ruined. I'm going to have to find another stylist to fix this. I will NEVER COME BACK! Also I've always paid for the haircuts up front at their register. But immediately when the cut was done the stylist was asking if I had cash. When I said no, she seemed super annoyed and got out her phone and even though she told me the price was $35 she tried to charge me $38.50 and tried to say it was tax but usually they include the tax into the total $35 price. When I pointed this out, she got even more annoyed and then changed the price to $30 and then I ended up paying $33 with the tax. I feel so scammed and sad about my daughter's hair.

I woke up the day of my long awaited appointment with a terrible cluster headache. My appt was in the afternoon, I called to cancel first thing in the morning when they opened. Weeks later when I was feeling better I called to reschedule. I was told Tara would call me back to book me in. I never received a call back from her even after several attempts. I tried booking with another experienced stylist but none would take me. I finally got a booking with what had to be a new stylist in an area that wasn't in the main salon area. So I never was able to speak to Tara again. Not on her Facebook, personal phone or through the salon. She kept raising her prices like she was a celebrity stylist. It was very rude to treat a longtime (15 years) client like that. So do your self a favor and find another stylist who appreciates your patronage.

At first I really liked it but as the days have progressed the hair really hide away because she chose to keep some of my natural colors in to allow a hide and seek kind of look. I was really hoping for a WOW kind of style and color. No one at work seemed to really notice and it left me feeling a bit bummed especially given the fact it was $140 for a few sections in my very short hair. We waited 45 miinutes after our appointment time we were finally taken to the chairs. Okay thats fine people can get behind. I picked a pedicure that I think was 3rd from the top. It was supposed to have a 10 minute massage( I think I was trying to remember the exact time.) mine was 3 minutes. He set a timer to do the massage and then it ran for 3 minutes before he shut it off and got up and walked around. The lady insisted that the small flower HAD to be in get even though I requested multiple times to do not gel. I dont react to gel well and I dont like it. I tried to convey that to her even as she was forcing it on to my toes. Then they even charged me extra for the gel that I told her I didn't want. Fast forward to a few hours later. I look down as soon as I got home and half of the toe nail polish had come off. I was very dry and okayed to leave when I left. The cherry on the top is I go to get a pedicure a couple times a year to help combat ingrown toenails. I got a pedicure on Friday it is now Tuesday and I have an ingrown toenail. I am so disappointed and frustrated. You would think that paying $77 for a pedicure you would get a good one.
