I made sure to give him the cut sheet/model of my existing indoor fan coil/air handler. Now I couldn't even get a hold of them or even provide me a copy of the invoice. Paid to install the York unit just to find out that it's not 100% compatible with the indoor unit. Without letting me know, may be they don't even know themselves, they installed a 2-stage outdoor unit to match with my existing single stage air handler. They just made sure it will work but not properly. Couldn't get a hold of Eddie or anyone anymore as I have been trying to contact them since June when the AC is struggling to keep our house less warm when it hits 80s temperature outside. I have spent money to get a couple of other contractor come to our house to figure our the issue. The last contractor was nice to talk to the manufacturers to see if they could do something. This company didn't bother replacing any orrifice as needed. They just did a simple band aid fix to make sure the unit turns on. STAY AWAY from this company if you can. They will ignore you once you make the payment. All those B.S. warranty they'll offer doesn't mean a thing. Even raised the priced on me as they know we are getting. Did a couple of no shows and told me they couldn't come an hour AFTER the agreed appointment time. I should have known better. I should've done research to their company first. Wish we can go and complain, go after their license to get it revoked.
