During the hottest week, our AC just so happened to stop working. Terrible timing! Thanks to Blue Ice we didnt have to suffer too long. I called and spoke to their guy Johnny who was very respectful, very knowledgeable when it came to answering our questions, and was even able to get us scheduled for that next day. He sent Tanner to rewire our entire unit and install a new capacitor and I couldn't be more happier with the results. Tanner is extremely good at his job, does some amazing work, and even made sure to clean up any mess from the job. Semi Annual equipment examination revealed several equipment problems that needed to be addressed. Andrea came and did a complete inspection. Several issues needed to be corrected. The Company sent Andrea out with another Service Representative and installed new equipment where needed, cleaned and repaired system. The Service Technician (Andrea) was exceptionally careful with the installation/repair as was her partner today. Very careful of the walls, staircase and all personal property of the owner. Blue Ice came at the exact time they set and completed the work in an efficient and timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. read more

This is the best HVAC service and installation company ever and I very highly recommend ... we had a Carrier system installed by another company but when an odor developed after the first year of use the same company didn't know what the cause was. They sprayed the coil with cleaner and dropped a deodorizing tablet into the pan area and left. Didn't solve the problem. Hard to get a hold of too. They used a nice fellow but with only four years experience. They washed their hands of the whole thing and basically said we hope you find the problem. See you later. Michael and team from Blue Ice are very different ... they came out and inspected our unit and checked under the house and the attic. The team noticed the air intake was restricted and cut out a larger hole to better allow the coil to dry out. They sealed the intake chamber with sheet metal to prevent mildew spores and odors under the house from contaminating the coil and replaced a thin condensation line that has always had trouble draining with a larger gravity feed line. There was still water trapped in the thinner line when parts of it was removed. Michael and team installed a better condensation trap and overflow sensor as well. Michael's team of himself, Steve, Bill and another person are a great unit, professional and friendly. They immediately tape a plastic walkway over your floors and clean up meticulously after the work is complete. All questions are answered in depth. Michael cares about his work and the customer. Our unit runs cleaner and I no longer smell the under the house mustiness when the unit is running on a hot day as before. Michael later installed an easy to remove plate so I can spray the coil once a year if needed. Very nice. We will evaluate the need for new ducts next season. I would use no other team for air conditioning and heating trouble shooting or a new installation whether residential or a large commercial job. Michael is a veteran HVAC trouble shooter and installer and is meticulous in his work. read more

They are awesome! I'm not a person that leaves reviews but they were so good to me the least I could do was spend a few minutes writing a review. It was 114 at my house in the middle of that brutal heat wave we had recently and our AC went out. I called 4 companies and Blue Ice was the only one that got back to me that day, and quickly. The next morning they were at my house long before it got hot and had my AC fixed in no time. Coincidentally my dad's AC had the same problem 6 months ago and he paid $520 for the job. These guys are amazing!! I called over 10 places and they all said it would be 2 weeks before someone could come out to take a look at my broken AC. It's summer, busy season, I get it, but 2 weeks! I called Blue Ice and they said they were super busy, but would do everything they could to fit me in, and they did. They came the next day and took a look at my unit and fixed it! YAY!
