He looked inside my throat after I asked him too as my throat feels swollen and sore and my voice is gone. They he proceeded to tell me I am a grown adult so I can take the antibiotic he ordered or not that's my choice. He did not listen to anything I said and was sarcastic to every question I asked. I do not know why I did to deserve this type of care, but I will not be returning to this urgent care.

From front desk staff to those working on getting patients back to and during surgery have been great. They've all been friendly and helpful. The lobby is as comfortable as you can expect with a patient status board to keep you up to date. If you forget you phone charger, they have one with multiple types of cord ends. Parking is also free and generally plentiful. This is so much nicer than Sacred Heart. The facility also seems be kept clean in the lobby, restrooms, and patient rooms. Overall very good experiences.

The first one was several letters to hospital upper-staff. I wanted them to know what is going on in their ER. I wanted justice. I wanted something to be done. I was told the staff acted in accordance to protocol. The letter written back to me ignored the fact that I was ignored for 4 to five hours while suffering with extreme abdominal pain, vomiting, and nausea. They also disregarded my complaint about the Drip-Line issue. (Sort of bushed it under the rug). There was no mention or apology about staff behavior. **My second complaint was to a government agency that deals with review on matters with hospitals around MEDICARE. I filed this complaint with the government agency because I could not figure out why I was treated this way. Someone had mentioned this agency to me. My question was: was I treated this way because of my MEDICARE status? Again: "staff behaved in a matter consistent with protocol". Yes, all tests were done. It did not mention anything about the rudeness of the staff. And the treatment as a human being that I had gotten. Again: the drip line was swept under the rug. And again: there was no mention of my 4 to 5 hour wait as I suffered in pain, vomiting and nausea. Rudeness=especially intake staff and nurse. I spoke on the phone with a person from the government agency. She had asked me, what do you want to get out of this? She said, 'they acted accordingly'. 'The timeline of events measure out'. Then I told her, I just want an apology. I would like to sue, but according to you, I don't have a case. She said, they aren't obligated to apologize, so don't expect it. She could clearly see that I was upset over this. And basically said, without saying it, "just drop it".

I was then charged a bill of $300 for nothing. I had to go to a local emergency room and get charged twice-- but hey, at least the emergency provided care. I always try to save a trip to the emergency for real, life threatening situations in order to keep wait times down for those who actually need it, but unfortunately I don't think that that is something people who can't afford to be double billed should do.

I have been with the same clinic for three years and only been able to see my primary provider one time because there are never any openings available. Even when I have called with concerns related to chest pain, I have been told I need to wait upwards of two weeks to see a provider with no concern or encouragement to seek immediate attention. Again, Icenogle, Purdy and April have all been great, and that is why I had stayed for so long. But the front office staff are less than friendly at times and on more than one occasion, have mixed up appointment times for my children. Total mess.

I have nothing positive to say. Every time I have gone to see Stacy Rush in last year I go home…read morewondering why I wasted my time as nothing ever gets resolved. She can't even document the visits or why I'm there. She doesn't take me seriously or believe me, she prescribed a med unbeknownst to me that had an ingredient I told her several times would keep me awake for days she wrote me a prescription for a totally contraindicated medication even after assuring me it was not after I SPECIFICALLY asked that made me very ill and made my symptoms much worse. She could have killed me if my new psychiatrist had not been so alert and noticed that was bad prescribing and instructed me to stop taking immediately and low and behold I started feeling better. I started feeling better when someone actually took the time to listen to me and believe me and address my symptoms I actually presented with not just minimize by memory later after I leave. and instead of just letting me suffer for months. I messaged Stacy Rush several times as did my husband telling her how I felt like she didn't believe me and asking what I could do to fix disconnect. She didn't even acknowledge me. I went almost 8 weeks without sleeping through the night and next TWO providers I saw and new psychiatrist ALL suggested BENZODIAZAPENES. I took Ativan for a few days while quickly reducing Effexor dose which causes INSOMNIA DUH. That's what the next 3 reasonable physicians in the same position felt was appropriate and new psychiatrist confirmed in my chart that Stacys prescription was inappropriate and so is her communication. To deflect from all of this when I complained, she claimed my husband threatened her. Providence did a so called investigation and the guy called me to say that this other guy determined her care was completely appropriate even though that gentleman never bothered taking the time to even speak with me. Stacy Rush has the impression of me that I am an uneducated malingerer. She was very wrong and is going to find that out because I'm not letting my complaint go. She must do better and care. Providence does not honor the promises of dignity and respect as my complaint wasn't even taken seriously Some guy investigates without speaking to me and has some other guy call me to tell me of this investigation . My lawyer however is taking it very seriously. Investigation that skipped the step of even talking to me because patients are so important to Providence. or how about asking for my other medical records and current ones from psychiatrist before determining she did nothing wrong. Providence is just as guilty as Stacy Rush IMO as they promise the patient so many rights that they fail to deliver on. She won't even tell me why my neutrophils are still elevated even though I asked 3 times documented but Providence is Ok with that she billed my insurance for an extended appointment but spent 17 min 22 seconds with me. She claimed I came to see her for capsular contracture a month after explant surgery en bloc She failed to address 75% of my issues and incorrectly addressed what she did address but Providence is OK with that She had her mind made up that I was a malingering liar and and she was wrong but I pay the price. She felt no need to address my issues in any meaningful way so I suffered for months Thank you to the providers who chose to listen to me and figure this out. Life changing.

Dr. Kathy Moudy…read more She is our son's doctor - she was also my husband's pediatrician for his whole childhood - and his siblings. The concept of family is so important - I haven't gotten to have that in my life - (I bounced around doctors like crazy) so I really appreciate the trust that comes with time and age and experience. Our son has Erb's Palsy - an injury that affects the Brachial Plexus part of his shoulder and it was because he was stretched at birth and it affected him single handedly from the day he was born. She recommended occupational and physical therapists and is still forward facing even after his 5 years of life. Now he is starting Kindergarten and his shoulder is very useful and is affecting him only mildly when we were scared he was going to have very limited use. We are so grateful for her connections and resources. She let's us ask the questions that make us feel dumb as first time parents and trust me, none of us REALLY know what we are doing. Then there are the wellness visits, and any of us Yelper's with kids know anything - toddlers are crazy unpredictable sometimes and when you go to the doctor's once per year your child is completely different year to year. This year - about a week ago we had our wellness visit and he needed to finish up his school immunizations, discuss everything we had questions about and she did it with grace - all while giving his little Winnie the Pooh Bear the exact same exam to make him feel better. It was glorious - calm and peaceful office, great insurance cooperations and so forth. We are blessed.

When our loved one coded and CPR was started, she did not show up, and the ICU staff had to video stream a Dr in from across the State. We lost a life and this can't be undone.
