He explained to me how my service was guaranteed for a year and that they'd gladly come by to replace my toilet for the new one of purchased at no cost. They showed up on time, kept me updated throughout the day and finished the job quickly. Now I have a new functioning toilet so thank you! Re-update They misquoted me on the replacement of the 2nd toilet which I had them do at the same time as the other I had issues with. (told me it would be $120-130 and the other one was free of charge) and now charging me $248. Also the bathroom smells SO BAD now. It smells like sewer water.

Ridge came out and looked at what I wanted to have installed and provided me with a reasonable quote. He took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer and ask questions so that he could install it properly AND he went even above and beyond that. Without making this post too long we needed to have a part specialty made (he designed it and worked with the shop to have this part made). I ordered a vanity that had three wide, sliding drawers.Kevin informed me that the piping would need to be altered for it to fit properly. I paid for him to change the piping within the walls, alter the vanity so that the drawers would fit, and he also installed new shut off valves and altered their location. After he removed the original vanity and piping, nothing remained that wasn't installed by him. His failed installation resulted in my entire two-story home flooding and my family being homeless for over 6 months. It has almost been a year, and we still haven't recovered. Because the business wasn't picking up the phone at the time of the incident, I called my insurance company. Afterward, Kevin verbally admitted fault and offered to pay me partially for my insurance deductible in front of a witness. I had enough sense to decline his offer, but he admitted fault nonetheless. Nearly a year later, he's changed his entire story and is pretending to not know anything about the incident. If I were reading this review, I wouldn't need much more information to put this company on a list of businesses not to use, but just in case you do: Are you willing to risk your home suffering damages that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars?
