I tried to order a replacement part for my GE refrigerator on the website. There was no induction that the part was not available. weeks later, I inquired about the status. They said there was a delay and said it would ship in a couple of days. Four weeks later still no part, just excuses. I asked for a refund. We will see how long that takes to receive. read more

No, Never again! Ordered a part on September 3rd. Still had not recieved by the 10th. Called and was reassured that it would be at my next destination waiting for me by the 13th. It never arrived. This was after I paid $12.99 for "expedited" shipping!!! I live full time in an RV, traveling across Country. I COUNT on honest, prompt service. They never had it in stock, and never mentioned it. I have a 17 year old Dyson vacuum that works great, but the hose finally tore. Dyson official showed no luck. Ordered a "real OEM" off Amazon, but it was a obvious knock-off and ripped apart on the first use. Sent it back, and then found Parts Warehouse. Ordered the hose, and didn't hear from them for several days, but my card was charged. Looked online and saw some bad reviews, and called. They called me back, and said it would be shipped the next day. It was in stock. I got it a couple of days later, and it actually is a genuine OEM Dyson hose, and it works great, didn't tear apart. I'm very happy with this purchase and company. The hose had a new part number that replaced an old number, so maybe that was the problem with other places I checked. I will order from PW again if I need another part in the future. read more

Received NO communication as to when the order was going to ship or why they were shipped separately. Requested a refund for paying for express shipping and not receiving the order express. My father ordered a part on 1/19. They said it was in stock and would ship that day. Call them on 1/31 and ask for tracking number. They don't have one, and said "It just shipped today - we had to get it from another warehouse." "Another warehouse" is obviously spin on them never having it, and they ordered it from the manufacturer. No idea if I can even believe them that they shipped it today, as they still cannot provide a tracking number. Now they are saying to look for it in another 5-7 days by mail. Ordered an oil dipstick for my riding mower. Got an order confirmation immediately. A week later I had not heard anything more so I called them. They did not answer so I had to leave a message. Surprisingly, they called me back. They said that the part I had ordered is no longer available. I told them that maybe they should have notified me of that. The woman said they had refunded my PayPal account but so far that hasn't actually happened. I'll give them until tomorrow. If the money isn't refunded by then, I will grab it back using PayPal. I own several different pieces of power equipment that I use to maintain the exterior of our home and I do all the required maintenance on the equipment. I recently purchased several different parts from Parts Warehouse. It was easy & simple until it came time to deal with a replacement pump I purchased from them that turned out to be defective. First of all, there customer service employees suck at being professional, when it comes to returning phone calls. They are absolutely the worst I've experienced. Even when I pressed for a supervisor on one occasion, I was guaranteed that I would hear from someone that day. It didn't happen. It took almost two weeks to get the replacement pump for the defective one.There are other companies I will deal with in the future verses going through Parts Warehouse, where you're guaranteed not to get returned phone calls when issues come up. read more

Ordered a small part for vacuum repair on 3/28/19, credit card charged immediately. No info provided for when it would be shipped, so I emailed them, they said "manufacturer is currently replenishing their inventory ", followed with "your order is estimated to ship on 4/26". I thought ok, be paient,... 4/26 came and went, no updates, nothing. Emailed again on 5/12 to ask for an order status, another identical email was sent saying new estimated ship date of 5/27. That date also came and went, no updates, nothing. Sent a request for refund. Only positive is they did give me my money back. I ordered a rip fence for my RTS21 10" table saw by clicking on the parts list link for my table saw on the website. It was listed as part number RY-089037011704. I received the rip fence and it does not fit my table saw. The part number I received is RY-089037007706. It is also incorrectly listed on my order (Order#: 1725953). The plate throat I ordered (from the same parts list) is correct for the RTS21. This is the second problem I have had with this order. The miter lock that I ordered for my miter saw was unavailable and I had to order one from another company and pay for shipping. Their resolution was for me to pay to ship the wrong part back and purchase the correct part. The customer service representative (jennifer) was very aloof and did not care when I told her I would order the part from someone else. Ordered on the 5th of June, called to see about shipment and was told it will ship on 6/12 and that Ishould recieve parts by 6/18. Talk about bait and switch. Ordered a part in April, credit card charged the next day, 7 weeks later, still no part. Called and spoke with Ron, he informed me that the part is on back order from manufacture and will ship in August. Would've been nice to know that either at the time of purchase (they should know what they have in stock) or at least notify me once they knew it was backordered, neither happened. Why? Because they already charged my card, which shouldn't happen until they ship the item. Ron, who was very nice, quickly agreed to re-funding my credit card, thus 2 stars instead of 1. I understand "just in time" supply chain management and that it's expensive to warehouse (pun intended) every part in their catalog, however, technology exists where they should know the availability of products from their own inventor and their manufacturers, in real time. Charging my credit card before having the product in hand to ship and not notifying me after the charge that the item is backordered for several months is what I consider to be very poor customer service, especially since all of that can be automated. I ordered parts from this company and 1 of the 4 items they sent was the incorrect part. I picked the item from the same model number (it's all on the same page). When I contacted them and sent pictures, it clearly proved the part was not the right size. Initially they admitted the wrong part was sent. When I asked them about sending it back, they stated I would have to pay a re-stocking fee and the shipping costs to send back AND the fees to send the correct part. When I pushed them on how 3 of the 4 parts were the correct parts (all selected from the same model schematic) I was told it was my fault. It would be different if all 4 parts were incorrect and I obviously made a mistake. I recommend not doing business with a company that is going to send you the wrong parts and rip you off. So, now I'm stuck trying to find the correct part after I have the incorrect part lying around because I wouldn't pay their fees and they wouldn't accept any liability. Also, when you look at the reviews on their "customer reviews page" you'll notice that no negative reviews are posted. Hmmmm...not a coincidence. read more
