So very disappointing!! I wrote Heather on March 28. We had a call on April 1 to discuss a celebration for 20 people in NYC 2017 Thanksgiving. She committed to following up with information that I could send to some family coming from Ireland. As of May 11 I had received nothing. When I asked for a status on the work up she sent me a copy of a trip itinerary she planned for someone else last Thanksgiving. It was for 5 nights, we had spoken about 3 nights. It had no pricing for any of the suggested activities (i.e.Tenement Museum, etc.) So basically, I've waited six weeks and have nothing to show for it. When I called upset about this I was told "Sorry, but I can't book anything this early anyhow and I had more urgent requests. - Maybe you should work with someone else." Are you kidding me? Your incompetent and unprofessional lack of follow through just cost me 6 weeks! Shame on you! I just wish she had told me she was too busy to help us when I contacted her initially - instead of wasting our time. BEWARE. read more
