It was just our party in the venue during that time, a combination of kids and adults. There were plenty of tables for all of the snacks we brought, including pizza, spam musubi, and cookies. My bf and I purchased drinks from the bar while there. The staff was helpful and friendly to our group the entire time. They even explained how to use the simulators, as there were lots of buttons on the floor and a variety of options for play. This included match stroke, driving range, putt putt, box crush, island hop, mushroom bump, foursome, scramble, and more. The kids had a blast playing pretty much everything, while the adults engaged in a variety of simulated golf matches and driving range. The staff guided the adults through some of the features like replay in slow-mo... guests can even connect on golfjoy.com. Also, loved the automatic golf tee that rises from the ground with the ball ready to hit. The arcade in the back offered plenty of pinball fun too, mainly newer machines. We enjoyed our time here and appreciated them accommodating our large and crazy party.

They have a small rec room in the back with arcade and pinball games as well as the simulators up front. They had pretty interesting stuff going on such as golf lessons as I mentioned earlier and I saw fliers for a pinball tournament. Kev got there early too and took my son right away. They do have clubs to use should u need for the lesson. Kev started with his stance and worked his way to holding the his club the right way. It was only a 30 minute lesson but might do a whole hour next time. After his lesson was done, well, my husband was late picking us up but as we were waiting the bartender asked if we wanted water. Unfortunately, over time, she lost interest and no longer wanted to go because she didn't feel supported by her new coach, Kyile. She felt that the coach Kyile had something against her and didn't truly care about the girls. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to watch her excitement and passion fade. I hope she finds a gym where the coaches encourage, support, and believe in their athletes so she can fall in love with gymnastics again and regain the confidence she once had.

Coaches do not provide recommendations to students or parents on what they can work on at home to support progress, and overall communication from the coaching staff is lacking. Unfortunately, the front desk staff--specifically the woman who sits at the front--has been consistently rude and unprofessional. There were issues with emails that I never received regarding a show. When I called to sort it out (after my girls had practiced very hard and were excited to participate), the front desk staff member spoke down to me, made rude comments, and laughed throughout the conversation. She clearly lacks basic people skills, unless she is interacting with people she personally knows. I later reached out to inform them that we would be going on vacation and that my daughters would miss a few classes. Her response was, "You still need to pay" I was already aware of that and was simply communicating as a courtesy, in case the teacher noticed or cared that my children would be absent. While we were on vacation, I received an email stating, "We missed your daughter in class--is everything okay?" I responded promptly and explained that we were on vacation. The same front desk staff member replied that the message was automated and to disregard it--followed once again by a reminder about payment. Mind you, we have never missed a payment in over two and a half years. Overall, this business is rude, lacks communication, appears money-driven, and several coaches (with the exception of one or two) seem unhappy during classes. Advancement is rare, progress is minimal, and it ultimately feels like a waste of time and money. I will be taking my children--and my business--elsewhere, just as several other families and coaches have recently done.

Ben always sure knows how to spice the game modes. Everyone was very friendly. The 3rd picture with more clouds was taken earlier this year in January and from then to now (1st and 2nd pics), they have done excellent job renovating the place. I like the over hang they put on the registry area, the staging area is clean, and I also like that they moved the chrono station and added more nets for safety. Still can't wait what they will turn the place into in the next couple of months especially their anniversary is coming up. Hopefully the air ball field will be more accessible.

The lifeguards at the diving boards did not ensure that yellow bands were on little kids' wrists. My nephew went over there and was obviously not 12. Nothing done. I took him away and put him where he belonged. I had three kids with me all different ages and heights. Lifeguards need to be lifeguards and not be checking out other teenagers and playing games amongst themselves. It was very obvious. Sad really. Won't be back.

They have a snack bar that seems to have something for everyone with great prices! The price to get in is so affordable at eight dollars per child. It's the cheapest fun you can have! If you're a parent/caregiver and you want to swim, it will cost you the same but if you just want to go in it, it's five dollars to enter. We typically stay the full rec time that is 3 1/2 hours. We absolutely love it. The splash pad for the younger kids is really awesome with a waterslide that's perfect for youngsters! That waterslide is so much fun and these little ones have a blast!
