We had an excellent experience with Dream Extreme in Vacaville. I originally signed my daughter up for tumbling, but she didn't enjoy it. When we went to the front office and explained that her #1 sport is competitive soccer and that we were really looking for something to help with flexibility, conditioning, and stretching, they were incredibly helpful. The front office immediately grabbed a coach who assessed my daughter on the spot and placed her in the correct gymnastics level. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful, and reassuring. Everyone was kind, professional, and truly cared about putting her in the right environment. Unfortunately, we had to end our sessions for now, but we will definitely be coming back. Before starting at Dream Xtreme, we were at Pacific Edge in FF before we moving here to Vacaville. From our experience, DX is lacking in a few areas that PE does not lack in. They are more expensive, don't prorate if they need to cancel, for holidays, etc., and don't give more than one make up time per month (which sucks because everyone knows kids get sick, all the time!). PE automatically prorated tuition and gave makeup tokens ANYTIME a kid was absent. The other thing I noticed is the office staff and coaches still don't know my kid by name, or they don't use her name at least. Every time we walked into PE, we got a "HI ***!" And it just made it more personal. After every session at PE, the coaches gave us a quick overview and some feedback, which was so helpful! We've been here for a little over a year now and the only thing the coaches ever said to us was that our daughter was ready to move up a level. We also noticed that the coaches are pretty young and spend a lot of time talking to each other during sessions instead of giving 1:1 attention to the kids in the class. Overall, our experience has been so-so. We have debated pulling our daughter out and going back to PE, but we want to avoid the drive. It seems like the only kids who get a warm welcome are the ones in competitive groups here and every one else is just in-and-out and treated liked customers. read more

We have had such a wonderful experience at Dream Xtreme Gymnastics. The coaches are absolutely incredible -- knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in each child's growth and confidence. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in how they interact with the kids and how much progress the gymnasts make. The front desk staff also deserves a huge shoutout. They are always friendly, welcoming, and so helpful with scheduling, questions, and anything that comes up. From the moment you walk in, you feel supported and valued as a family. The facility is clean, organized, and runs smoothly, which makes everything stress-free as a parent. My child looks forward to coming every week, and seeing her confidence and skills grow has been amazing. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. My daughters attend classes here, and there is very little actual coaching. Coaches do not provide recommendations to students or parents on what they can work on at home to support progress, and overall communication from the coaching staff is lacking. Unfortunately, the front desk staff--specifically the woman who sits at the front--has been consistently rude and unprofessional. There were issues with emails that I never received regarding a show. When I called to sort it out (after my girls had practiced very hard and were excited to participate), the front desk staff member spoke down to me, made rude comments, and laughed throughout the conversation. She clearly lacks basic people skills, unless she is interacting with people she personally knows. I later reached out to inform them that we would be going on vacation and that my daughters would miss a few classes. Her response was, "You still need to pay" I was already aware of that and was simply communicating as a courtesy, in case the teacher noticed or cared that my children would be absent. While we were on vacation, I received an email stating, "We missed your daughter in class--is everything okay?" I responded promptly and explained that we were on vacation. The same front desk staff member replied that the message was automated and to disregard it--followed once again by a reminder about payment. Mind you, we have never missed a payment in over two and a half years. Overall, this business is rude, lacks communication, appears money-driven, and several coaches (with the exception of one or two) seem unhappy during classes. Advancement is rare, progress is minimal, and it ultimately feels like a waste of time and money. I will be taking my children--and my business--elsewhere, just as several other families and coaches have recently done. read more

My daughter has been attending classes at dream extreme for the last 4 1/2 years. The facility itself is wonderful and honestly every coach we've had before our current coach coach Jayden has been really great too , and don't get me wrong. I totally understand that coaches need to be stern and that kids need to be respectful, but Coach Jaden has disrespected my daughter and made her feel extremely uncomfortable continuously. We officially left dream extreme for good after my daughter walked out of class crying because of how her coach was treating her my daughter's only seven she's not looking to be an Olympic gymnast. I intended to do gymnastics for a summer, when my daughter was 2 years old. However, Dream Xtreme completely exceeded any expectations I had with their coaches, organization, and curriculum, that we have continued for over 2 years now! Their curriculum is intentionally designed to build on skills they have learned in the previous classes, and their progress is individually recorded on each child's account. Parents are clearly informed with each level's expectation and their child's progress on each skill. There are no hidden fees, no lessons cancelled by surprise and the coaches are awesome! They are really great with little kids and know how to motivate and encourage crying or timid kids with so much love, grace and patience! Every time I need help with changing classes, doing a makeup class, or handling payment for homeschool reimbursement, the front desk is quickly able to help. There is plenty of room to sit and watch your child's class, and the gym is clean and safe. I actually always see someone cleaning surfaces and wiping down equipment every time I'm there! It's also fun to watch their competitive gymnasts practicing in the back of the gym, and you can tell they have high quality coaching. We have also done the preschool open gym on Fridays, and I highly recommend trying it out! I cannot say enough good things about their programs, the facilities, and their coaching. read more

This location is about 20 or so minutes from my home in Suisun. I read the reviews and thought this could be the place my daughters could learn at, however I was extremely disappointed at the lack of care they had both over the phone and in person. On a call there was a huge lack of customer service. I asked a question about the classes, pricing and coaches. The woman said "all this is on the website, you should go there". I was asking more in depths than what your GENERIC AND OUTDATED WEBSITE showcases. They could some CUSTOMER SERVICE training, and retention edict! We are now enrolled in the opposite direction of our home, in Vallejo. Amazing gym, great overall reviews and when I think about my experience here, verse there, night and day. Save your money and your energy...you may have to match their attitudes and unprofessional behavior. read more

Dream Xtreme isn't just about gymnastics. I've got this headstrong, energy raging, banshee screaming toddler and I thought getting her into something like this would be great for her to get all that pent up energy out. Little did I know, it also helps with teaching the child on how to take directions and how to create great bonds with other members and respect for instructors. Every employee, instructor, and other children here has been great (side note: I apologize if my child has ran into or somehow disturbed your child's 1:1 class... we're working on that - I promise). Classes that are scheduled tend to open often due to opening spaces but I'd recommend early classes if you have toddlers. Noon classes seems to be the melting class cause all the kids are exhausted and possibly needs their nap. read more

Dream Xtreme is our local gym and we are forever grateful that they exist. Both of my children have developed thoughtful, strong relationships with the coaches here that have helped them thrive. Solano County has a long and sometimes wild history with Allstar Cheerleading, so when our member gym closed its doors in 2018 we were forced to seek gyms outside of the area. Shortly after we committed to our current gym an hour away, one of our favorite coaches began offering some cheer services to displaced athletes at DX and has been coaching my daughter in tumbling ever since. We always feel welcome and appreciated in this building, and even though my daughter isn't part of their Allstar program, all of the coaches and owners know her and cheer her on. They are about HER progress whether she is with them or not. She participates in tumbling classes, privates, and open gyms without any feeling of not "fitting in". When they reopened their doors after COVID restrictions eased a bit, we both commented about how it felt like home. That's what this gym feels like. My son has been a participant in their Ninja Zone program for years and recently decided he was also going to do allstar cheer. The same coaches who know and love him from NZ are swooping him up to work with him on technique and helping him thrive... even though he isn't even "theirs" because they actually care about him. This program is made by local folks who want to provide a safe and productive environment for children to push themselves beyond what they've ever imagined. My daughters, age 5 and 10, have been going here for about a year. When my youngest moved up in classes she did not mesh well with the new coach. I found her to be rude and dismissive. She seemed to always be annoyed that these 5 year olds had a short attention span. I attempted to change coaches but was advised that only this coach and her sister (who didn't seem any better) taught the class. I just took my kids to a different facility. How are you rude and then on your phone during a class I PAY for? I know it's hard to find staff right now but this was unacceptable. read more

I have a 6 yo child wc attended their JR NINJA Co Ed class (30-40 mins ea) and just after his 3rd day attending, they told me on text+email they are dropping him off because he does not listen and lays around. MIND YOU my child tells them he is tired so he lays down and stops responding because they would not let him take a break. They did not tell me that is actually a STRUGGLE to them before dropping him off cold,, so I didn't tell my child any corrective action. To the business owners, go over your "About us" info and talk to your employees as well. Either change that info because it is misleading or be front about what your business really is for. read more

Zero stars.......rude people....rude members...rules which seem to apply only to some people....or some times If you have open gym, then it should be open gym....not "we're practicing here"....or "you're not allowed to use that"....and then a staff member uses it minutes later....or being told 45 minutes into the open gym time that adults aren't allowed out with the kids......which is ridiculous because two of the kids were only 4 years old.....and I have been out with them in the gym area before during a birthday party...... The whole vibe was just like when a country club opens up for non-members..... unfriendly and unwelcome.....I left after only being there part of the time I paid for....I know when I'm not welcomed somewhere.... We just spent $500 on two birthday parties....one of which will be at Rockin Jump.....I had planned to have one of these birthday parties at Dream Xtreme....but I think I'll pass....and we certainly won't come back for the alleged "open gym"... read more

I was a little leary because no one wears masks after the mandate, but once my kid got sick because they allowed another child to cough for literally the whole 40 minute class I had to cancel. My kid is only 3yrs old and was in little dreamers and now has a cold. If a kid is in class coughing they shouldn't have been allowed to attend that session, just common sense. read more

I love this place! My daughter is in the Outrageous Orbiters class and it is so well managed. The teachers are awesome. They give encouragement and are always so nice and friendly. If there's more than 6 kids in the class, another teacher will help. Within the 55 min class, they do 3-4 different "obstacle courses" as I like to call them. They always do something different during every class. My daughter rarely gets tired, but her class wipes out her energy! The facility is also very clean. The whole gym floor is covered in padding, and there's always someone at the front desk to help if you need it. Plenty of parking spaces and bleacher seating to watch your gymnast. If you were like me trying to find a good dance class around here, pick Dream Xtreme. DON'T pick Aerials. That was my daughters' first dance studio and she did the half ballet half gymnastics, and although her ballet teacher was nice, her gymnastics teacher looked overworked and just seemed lost. Within the span of 2 months, she went through 2 gymnastics teachers. I eventually pulled her out because there was just no structure there. The gym wasn't well kept, and it wasn't as big as Dream Xtreme. Plus, there's no registration fee. Once your little one is put into a class, you just have to pay your first monthly, and you're all set! If you're in the military, they do offer 5%. If you're unsure, do a free trial!
