Luckily I did bring my yoga pants and they said it was fine for me to wear my own clothes in the meditation rooms. Normally I go to Olympus, but the last few times there it was so crowded and pretty dirty. Q is definitely a lot less crowded and much cleaner. Also, I went with a friend on a groupon which you should definitely check for as I have seen them offer these quite a bit. So process is -- you check in and they give you the "uniform" -- they only have up to size 2x and it is a small 2x IMO -- more like a 1x. It is a tshirt and shorts. They also give you your locker key. Q Spa is coED but they have separate bathrooms for men and women. They only thing coED is the meditation rooms, the common areas and the cafe. So, after paying and getting your uniform you proceed to your designated bathroom/changing room area. Your locker key has a number to show you which locker you are assigned to -- the spaces for the lockers are a little narrow, but not as much as Olympus. You can either change to your uniform or you can head straight to the pools. I like to do the mediation rooms before I get wet so after changing I headed back out to the common area. There is at least one meditation room on the ground floor but the majority of them are up stairs. I am not sure if there is an elevator for someone that is handicap? But they had a salt room, a chill room, a charcoal room and a sand room -- I love the meditation rooms. I guess the only weird thing is that there were men sitting in the common areas outside of the rooms just working on their laptops -- seems like a weird thing to do in a spa! So my friend and I spent about an hour and a half in the meditation rooms and then we were ready for the sauna, the steam room and the hot tubs! They have three different hot tubs of varying temps and a sauna and a steam room. In this gender segregated area, you remove your uniform -- so like Olympus you need to be comfortable in your own skin. It wasn't crowded at all (unlike olympus where you can be boob to boob with someone). My friend and I enjoyed this section of the spa -- it was very relaxing. We were starting to get hungry and noticed the cafe opens around 11am. So we got changed back to our uniforms and headed to the cafe. I love Korean food -- I can't recall what the dish was called but it was one of those stone bowl dishes where the food is still cooking in the very hot bowl. It wasn't quite as good as Olympus but it was still pretty yummy. Service was friendly and pretty quick too. I will definitely try Q Spa again.

I used to love coming here to relax and would visit once or twice a week when it was newer, but…read moreit's really sad that I can't do that anymore. The male visitors have turned this Korean spa into a bathhouse. You cant sit in the steam room, sauna, or hot tubs, and rest because the visitors are touching themselves and each other in there. I've tried to give it a few chances recently but this has happened the whole time during my last few visits. I thought maybe if I could visit on different times or days I could find a time to relax, but unfortunately it seems this goes on all day. There are a lot of signs saying there shouldnt be any sexual contact, but they don't seem to do anything. The only safe place for the men who want to relax is the coed saunas because you have to wear clothes and women share the area with men. As a Korean, I am just so disappointed that I can't use this Korean Spa for it's intended purposes. There are bathhouses in Seattle for these things, why can't these guys go there?

I booked the "Look Better Naked" package, which consisted of a sauna session, body scrub, and wrap. First, I was led to a private changing room to leave my items, grab my robe and slippers, and get ready. Then I went in the infrared sauna for 30 minutes and was able to take breaks and grab water in my own secluded area. Rachel met me here when the time was up and we did my scrub! She dry brushed me first, then wet scrubbed, followed by a full rinse (my first time being rinsed laying down- honestly kinda fun). She was thorough and had great knowledge of lymphatic drainage! Rachel also checked in with me from time to time to see if the pressure was okay or if anything was sensitive. Post-scrub, I went to wait in the relaxation room. There was an old man in jeans and sneakers in there trying to make conversation with me while I was in a robe, which I hated. But not a reflection of the business, just an odd place for him to be. Next I did a mud wrap which was warming and honestly comfy while Rachel gave me an amazing head massage. I got rinsed again, then covered in lotion, and was ready to go! My skin was baby soft after the treatment and I felt so good. The front desk staff and Rachel were all lovely and I can't wait to return! I do wish they had online scheduling, as it was challenging at times to reach over the phone. But they were flexible and able to get me in quickly.

Parts of the massage were very soothing and genuinely relaxing. Yet the flow felt a little disjointed at times. Experience was descent, just not the normal massage routine. Not bad, just a few times I wasn't totally sure what was happening. Definitely left feeling more relaxed than when I arrived. I would call it a 3.5-ish star experience overall. Next time, less interruptions would be nice, but they seemed busy. Good massage overall, just a bit awkward ;) $10 discount for a Premium 1.5hr massage as a first time customer!

I walked down the hallway and called out for assistance at 10 min after my appt time. The technician who did my service didn't speak to me. The table was flat and lightly padded, no bolster for under the knees- which made laying flat for the whole time a little uncomfortable. The Head massage was claw like, with the same motion, very repetitive. It was also rough and a little jerky. Not relaxing. No real smooth movement- it was all a little like a i was taking up her time. Some of the neck and shoulder massage was ok. But that made up a very small portion of time. The technician left a few times, while the water was just running on my hair, or when the conditioner was in hair. I had no clue what was happening or what to do. I had high hopes for this to be similar to other head spas, but this one wasn't one I'd repeat
