I had Ben last night. Very good customer service and excellent knowledge. I felt relaxed to go to sleep in a strange environment

I strongly suggest you look at the date these reviews were written before reading them. Up until…read moreabout a year ago, Sleepquest was fantastic--extremely customer-oriented and friendly. I don't know what idiot bought them out or was put in charge in the past year, but they have completely ruined this company. Now, unless you are able to do everything online, you will simply get AI and rude, stupid customer service reps. I can get *that* with Apria. I now have a single decent contact at Sleepquest (actually, she's excellent), but if she refuses or is prevented from helping me because reordering supplies is not her job, I will be looking elsewhere for my CPAP supplies. I've never seen a company strive so magnificently to piss off its customer base, and I will look forward to reading about Sleepquest's well-deserved demise in the (hopefully) near future if things don't change--and soon. UPDATE: After I complained to Sleepquest about their service, someone by the name of Melissa Anderson, a person who, for reasons I cannot begin to imagine, has been given the title of Director of Patient Care (which is kinda like Jeffrey Dahmer being given the title Director of Food Services) CANCELLED ME. Didn't call to ask what the problem was, didn't apologize for my experiences, didn't offer to help me get my needs met--she told me I was no longer a customer and then blocked my phone number! And I'd been a customer of theirs for at least 6 years. Imagine the treatment YOU'RE going to get as a brand new customer.

I'd like to give Caroline 5 stars even though I never paid for her services. She was nice enough to…read moregive me some pointers for free, on the day OF July 4th, no less. (Thanks again for taking time out of the holiday weekend just to talk to me!) I was desperate on the evening of July 3rd with my four month old baby going through sleep regression. I found Caroline through Yelp by searching for baby sleep consultants. I scheduled a free consulting call for the next morning through her site. Unfortunately, our timing didn't work out so I didn't end up using her as my sleep consultant - but she was so warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about my situation. We talked for a good 15-20 minutes and she gave me some insights/tips at absolutely no charge.! You kickstarted my sleep training process and I am so much better now.

We used Caroline from the day we brought my daughter home from the hospital till she was around…read morefour months and derived so incredibly much value from that. I am a first-time mom, a former techie, older (42!) and single. Part of what I'm trying to communicate through that sentence is that I had extremely little experience caring for babies. What's more, I didn't really even know what I didn't know. That is, until I got to the hospital and had an emergency C-section for my two-weeks-past-due-date baby. The awesome part about getting a C-section is that you get four nights in the hospital. The best part about that is the team of nurses who are there to help you breast-feed your baby, soothe her, diaper her, swaddle her. Typically babies who are full-term, sleep pretty heavily the first couple of days. This can lull new parents into a false sense of security - "we got this!" Only to have the baby become fussy shortly after leaving the hospital (which is perfectly normal of course but part of what makes new parenting stressful)! Another benefit of C-sections is that you get to witness your baby after they've gone through this stage and are their fussy, wonderful selves! Newborn babies by and large fuss for at least an hour a day regardless of whether you are doing everything perfectly. Some babies fuss much more. Anyway, I had my daughter via emergency C-section on in early January 2016. On about day three or day four in the hospital, my daughter was fussing and fussing and nothing I was doing would soothe her. It was around then that I realized how little I knew about what I was doing. That's when I first reached out to Caroline who was - to my great good fortune - available. I hired her immediately, on the spot, after a brief phone conversation from my hospital bed. It was one of the best decisions I've made. Caroline is an expert in caring for newborns and brings a warm, soothing approach not only to your baby but to someone equally deserving of and needing such care and that is you. Because we had Caroline on our team, the first few months of my babies life or wonderful and incredible and emotional. They were not a nightmare, stressful or very anxiety-producing at all. Of course there were moments but far fewer of them and many more moments of joy because I had Caroline on my team. If you're thinking even a little bit of hiring her, do it. It will be one of the best things you've done for yourself and your new baby - providing support as you get to know one another.

One tip that was given to me was that babies shouldn't be full when put down which in hindsight is garbage. Every baby is different. The lady we dealt with was nice. This momma was TIRED and needed time to get things done...or enjoy some time on the couch. I called Sleep Sisters and spoke with Melissa, I'm sure she heard desperation in my voice. It was my last resort (I'd read a few sleep books already), and she was so nice and helpful! She explained the science behind sleep and went over our current sleep schedule and routine. Melissa gave me a plan, complete with exact times and gave me some options as far as soothing my daughter. I loved that she left this part up to me to decide. She also helped me with starting to wean her, which I thought would be impossible. Turns out, it was pretty easy after all. Within a week, my baby started sleeping 12 hours a night (knock on wood) and will go down for naps with very brief crying. Sure, there are days that she will not nap - but she's still in her crib playing quietly. That NEVER happened before. I hope that in the next week, we will get her naps on par with our nights. But in the meantime? I'll enjoy it! Thank you so much Melissa. You saved me, seriously. I was beginning to wonder if I would ever consider a second child. There's now a glimmer of hope.

And when you think about it, of course a pulmonary care office is likely to have people who are addicted to nicotine and smell like it. I can accept that. Nobody intentionally becomes addicted. Since then, I've found the care to be quite good, and I'm doing well because of it. The office staff is still a little lacking for detail attention at times, but nothing too bad. They're definitely nice. I'm sure you'll have good care there like I have had.

VERY difficult to reach anyone in the front office, very difficult to get information via messaging on Elation Passport. My latest visit was filled with confusion, overcrowding, overbooking and eventually I had to leave because I was not seen at my appointment time. I hope get things better for them as everyone seems to be working hard.
