I really appreciate the appointment availability and walk ins! I will definitely schedule early appointments from now on!! The first time I went my appointment was at 10:30 AM, and yesterday I went at 8:15 AM. It was soo much less crowded (although it wasn't overly crowded the first time). My stylist was so kind, we chatted most of the time. She made sure what she was doing was what I wanted. My hair looked amazing! They had the barbie movie on the TV in front of me with the sound off but subtitles on- I loved watching it as I got my hair done! She was very kind and sweet, however, from the start she seemed very hesistant and uncomfortable. I felt like she was not very experienced. When she washed my hair she also made comments about how she has burns on her hands, so it felt very rushed and like my scalp did not get a full wash. She also did not dry it all the way, and then had to ask another stylist what she would recommend she do for curling my hair. By the end, she stated she was finished and I had to point out at least 2-3 areas that were still straight that she completely missed. For $70 with tip this was a complete waste. If I'm going to Drybar to get my hair done for an event, I expect the stylist to be more comfortable and experienced. I don't think I'll be back, at least not to this location.

It also raises serious concerns about discriminatory pricing practices. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not hidden or after-the-fact charges. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism, fairness, and respect.
