There is a quick turnover of Dentists, it almost seems as if every time I go I am seeing a new one. They don't charge extra for anesthetic, and have always been very accommodating. Dental work has never been my favorite, but these workers have been kind and understanding. They have allowed me extra time to make sure the area in my mouth to be worked on is numb. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable. They often have flowers they give away after your procedure. They have screens that you can watch while having the work done. I like how my procedures are always explained to be beforehand. I would recommend anyone to visit and be treated at this location.

Example, I walk back and aww my daughter getting laughing gas for a filling, but that's not covered on my insurance. Kids don't have to pay the bill, ask the parents first. The options that we got from the EM dentist were not the best and or many at that. Today, Austin Williams at Peak was amazing and he and his staff are top notch! The options for my son were multiple and explained in depth. The experience was awesome! Austin is very talented and has that X factor with kids. My son settled right in, and they were able to get the work done. My son was most upset about leaving the office after the work was finished! That is no joke or exaggeration! Seriously, could not have gone better! Also, it was affordable in the pricing, and the insurance was accepted and processed quickly. WE will be going back as long as we are able to! Solid work Peak!

We moved to the area and we needed to find a new dentist. I couldn't be any happier!!! Always makes me feel comfortable and super understanding of my dental fears. Our kids are older but if you have kids, this is the perfect place to bring them. Such a kid friendly office space and today I even saw the staff bring in a teddy bear for a child to cuddle with while getting work done. As much as I hate getting dental work done, I'm happy to have finally found a dentist and office that I feel comfortable visiting when needed.

This year, dentist recommended that she see oral surgeon for evaluation & extraction of her extra tooth so that her permanent teeth can erupt. I don't know of anyone who had this type of tooth removed this young and so nervous about it. I looked around at a few oral surgeons, and emailed Dr. Price's practice inquiring whether they work on patients this young. They do, and they work in conjunction with pediatric anesthesiologists for young patients. At consult, Dr. Price made my child feel comfortable. It was cool to see the 3D images of my child's teeth with the ones growing in and also the extra tooth. My child's consult was at the end of January and her procedure was end of March (today) because that was the soonest the pediatric anesthesiologist would be available at Dr. Price's practice. The pediatric anesthesiologists work directly with several oral surgeons in the area to provide available days to schedule surgery. Cost: you gotta plan for it if you do not have adequate insurance. They quoted $1665 w/o insurance. With my primary dental and husband's secondary dental insurance it was $375 total. The surgery required removal of her other baby front tooth and she also had a wiggly bottom tooth ready to fall out. Writing on day of her procedure. My child recovered SO WELL by the end of the day, & excited to turn in three teeth to the Tooth Fairy. Thank you Dr. Price for your skill & care with my child for her procedure.

After paying off the balance, they will send additional bills in the mail adding extra fees which were never discussed or included in the original quotes they have their patients sign before starting any work. When dental insurance pays more than the estimate, they won't return the extra money they collected or even apply it to future work. Even taking in the insurance EOBs (showing the insurance paid hundreds more then their estimate), they keep the extra money. Also, if THEY cancel your appt within 48 hours before the appt time, THEY CHARGE THE PATIENT a cancellation fee. Very dishonest way to conduct business.

I initially trusted the positive reviews, which unfortunately led me to this dental office--an experience I regret. Despite having active Delta Dental coverage, I was charged $39 out-of-pocket for a regional block anesthesia because, according to the office, my insurance "denied it." After personally contacting Delta Dental, they confirmed the charge should not have been applied and even contacted the dental office on my behalf. This indicates a troubling pattern of unbundling services in a way that bypasses insurance coverage. Additionally, they will try to get you to use "better quality materials" that is not covered by insurance--something not clearly explained upfront unless you ask them and to remove it they add it on and only remove if you read the paper and ask them about it (e.g Nano-Hybrid Composite). When I questioned the charges, the office threatened to send the unpaid balance to collections, citing "Utah law" as the reason patients are responsible for all uncovered portions and said they could work a "payment plan" as to balm their charge as if they are helping you instead of correcting the error. This practice also uses high-end x-ray machines and frequently performs excessive imaging, which appears more designed to increase billing than improve patient care. These unnecessary x-rays result in inflated costs to the insurance. In total, I paid $209 out-of-pocket for a routine cleaning and the removal of a single wisdom tooth (that's with having Delta Dental insurance coverage )--despite Delta Dental confirming my total out-of-pocket cost for everything should have been only $170 (So, I basically paid $39 extra (reg. block anesthesia | something I should have not been charged for - unbundling). This discrepancy raises concerns about whether this is a case of unethical billing practices or a lack of proper understanding of insurance protocols. I lean more towards unethical billing practices because this Dental Office has done it to other folks as-well, I understand mistakes, but it's happened what seems like a lot to other folks as well based on the low-star reviews, now me included. Based on my experience with billing here--and similar reports from other patients--I recommend seeking care from a dental provider that prioritizes transparent billing, ethical practices, and patient trust.

I appreciate that he doesn't act like a used car salesman when it comes to my dental hygiene, which is surprisingly hard to find in the dental world. And they'd always act like they were giving me some great deal. You can get ***** done for the very low price of 5000.00!! They even went so far as having my come back into the office a month after a cleaning to tell me that if I didn't get some work done, I could DIE from the infection and that I needed to take antibiotics immediately. Of course I freaked out and tried to figure out ways to pay them. When I went back in, they had no idea what I was talking about. Anyways, the point here is to always get a second opinion. I've had too many instances where stuff like this has happened with dental work. Dr. Cannon is a breath of fresh air. He sometimes doesn't even charge for small cavities and stuff. I just had Novocain and gas and the procedure was pretty painless. I get the cap put on the implant in 10 days and right now it looks to be perfectly lined up. Could not have gone better.
