We did the de-shedding and full body cut, and Aleida worked wonders. She got out all the matted fur, handled Gypsy beautifully, and had her looking fabulous in just 2.5 hours, which was impressive given the condition of her coat. Our only small complaint is that we couldn't tip using a credit card. Other than that, the experience was excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be back to have Gypsy groomed here again. We appreciated the quick call and reschedule. Appointments were available quickly. At drop off, they did a thoughtful job of explaining options, shampoos for sensitive skin, etc. Our dog can be a handful, and they did an outstanding job. He was happy and we are happy. The drought left us dealing with a critter problem, and fortunately Tractor Supply had everything I was looking for to send the field mice, to critter heaven. There's a large equine care section for horse lovers, my daughter found everything she needed to bathe, and groom horses for family friends. The store has a bit of everything, like the general stores of yester-year, work apparel, machinery/tools, cleaning supplies, and products to care for most animals. Prices seem to be comparable to what you might spend elsewhere, and you won't break out in hives, if you're looking for common basics to get a job done.

Judging by the conversation, it was a personal phone call. He glanced at us, but did not acknowledge us. I went outside to pull the car around to the side, so they could load the bags. After waiting about 10 minutes, my dad came out and said the guy was still on the phone and had yet to speak to him. I told my dad to get into the car and we left. Haven't seen customer service this poor in years! We're in Leakey a lot. I won't return to this store.

Despite the increased distance of an extra 26 miles, I decided to give Morales Feed a chance, and I enjoy their customer service, as well as waiting up for me if I'm running several minutes past closing. I cannot check in here, as I don't have cell service in Real County, but this location is really easy to find, about a mile south of Leakey city limits, on the west side of US 83. They carry other brands of grain, hay, tack, cottonseed/deer corn, and most anything else you can think of. The real assets are the strong customer service of Travis and Bill. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.

I was with my family and we were just looking around, the only employee in the store never greeted us in general, but watched us the whole time in the store. While we were shopping she approached my mother and asked if we were "even buying anything" when we tried to explain we're just looking around, she implied that we had to purchase something to shop in the store, I'm confused because how else can we shop? She was extremely rude and aggressive. I'm extremely upset with my Experience. I live by the Golden rule and I expect the same respect from others that I give out. You were very friendly and very apologetic and understanding and I appreciate that more than you know. So thank you very much for your kindness. However, I am a bit disappointed to see that the lady with the short gray hair is still there. She is honestly the most unfriendly customer service representative I have ever met. I hate to hear that the groomer that helped me that day that I had such a horrible experience, no longer works with you all and I sure hope that it wasn't due to this situation. She was friendly. The only issue I had with her was her changing her story when it came to what price she told me over the phone versus what she said in the store. Now, the lady with the short gray hair honestly, I believe has no business working there as she tells people how much she does not enjoy her job and that's something you should not discuss with customers. Like I mentioned in my previous review she's constantly smoking out in the front of the store and customers have to walk right through her cigarette smoke to get in the store. I as well as my granddaughter are both allergic to cigarette smoke so that's a big issue for me. I think if she needs to smoke, maybe go to the back of the store, just a suggestion.
