We discovered Remcon through google reviews and evaluated them with 3 other design build firms. What led us to select Remcon was how Simo presented Remcon and what to expect. We described what we wanted and he shared from the start that he wouldn't BS us, and that he would make recommendations based upon overall vision and budget. During the renovation, he was always on top of the job. We ran into a few bumps where construction didn't go exactly as planned (standard on every job) but once we told Simo, he made sure to connect with the construction folks and they fixed it. He makes himself available via phone, email, and text, 24/7. He even made us a beautiful spinning display made of leftover quartz countertop as a gift. If you're lucky, he'll take you skydiving.

The job was originally scheduled for a Thursday, then rescheduled for Friday, and finally for Monday, with little or no notice for each rescheduling. Unfortunately when it came time to install they were booked out another month so we had to go with another installer who had more immediate availability but our sink replacement would not have been possible without the planning and assistance of Back to Perfection. This company was able to repair the work and it looks absolutely brand new. I am so thankful. In addition, I had another spot and my pictures aren't very good, but I had another spot where an electrical cord literally like exploded and caught fire and it scorched the top surface and they were able to fix it even though it was against the backsplash and you could never tell it was there. Actually I realized he was there early, but didn't ring the door until it was the time that they had allotted. He was very friendly. He gave me advice as to how to prevent it from happening in the future, which he asked me to increase the height of my stove. He also put some heat tape on the side so that it would be better protected for future use as well. He cleaned up. Everything was very kind very courteous and very professional.
