Doron, owner of Value Crafters, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He exceeded our expectations and gave us a backyard that is very functional and that we really love. From the initial consultation to completion, we knew what to expect and Value Crafters always followed through with what they said they were going to do. Our objective was to create an outdoor living space in our backyard, but we were unsure what to do with the rest of the yard. Doron had great vision, made suggestions after asking lots of questions, then had his team put together a 3D rendering to scale, of the redesigned backyard. It was incredible to see the vision on paper. Once we were happy with the design it became the roadmap throughout the job. Doron communicated with us daily and came by to check the job progress most days. He was our single point of contact throughout the project. He coordinated everything including City permits and inspections. There were workers in our yard every day of the project (weekdays), the exception being when we were awaiting City permits or inspection approvals. Doron consistently did quality checks and marked things that needed rework. He never made us feel like we were being unreasonable if there was something that we didn't think was quite right. He made it very clear that the job wouldn't be complete until they met all our requirements and expectations. Value Crafters is not the least expensive contractor you will find, however you get great value for the price. They do premium work in a timely manner, have dedicated crew, and they exceed expectations. Last week we did our final inspection walkthrough with Doron and gave him the final payment. He reminded us that if anything goes wrong with the job they will come fix it. The very next day we had some large trees removed from our backyard hill (yes, we should have had them removed prior to work completion), and there was some damage done to several parts of the newly installed keystone wall. Doron said he would have his guys come back and fix the damage at no additional charge to us. He wants the work done right and for us to be completely satisfied.
