Last summer the Air conditioning wasn't working. The owner himself comes out and says that nothing is wrong. The next day it's over 90° in the house! Another guy comes out and the damn compressor, the most Important/ expensive part) is broke. Hmmm. It's under warranty and Heath tells us that it will be around $750! I felt like I was being raped so I called the guy who put in the unit originally. His price was about HALF! So on top of the ridiculous estimate, Heath charged us $100 for his first visit of 10 minutes to say the AC was fine. My wife actually had gave him a check which I made her cancel. When Heath found out he started texting my wife. To the point that I had to call him and tell him that if he texted or threatened her 1 more time he would get a very up close and personal visit from me. Needless to say he didn't respond. He can bully a woman I guess but not a man. I'm certain they tried to take advantage of the situation due to dealing with my wife. Idiots. Don't trust them. Especially if you are a Woman!

This company is awesome. Came out within an hour, quoted me $680 and said it would take 1 maybe 2…read morehours. They returned a week later, did the work in under an hour and told me they over estimated and it would be less expensive. Turned out to cost $330. Just for reference, I called another company first, was charged a $75 estimate fee they didnt even tell me over the phone. Then they didnt even do an inspection and said it would cost $1,500. I asked what the $75 was for and they said they'd give it back because they really dont know what it will take to do the job. So I called Waller Heating and Air because a neighbor had a great experience. Jonathan was great and they cleaned up after themselves and were gone before I knew it! I even purchased four additional filters so I can have extra.
