He was very thorough very clean very nice and the price was right. My new heater is so much better than my old one. The location of my water heater is in a closet in my condo and I was told by one company I could not fit a 40 gallon heater even though that is what I was replacing. I sit down and wait for my five bottles to be filled. I said oh can you add a bag of ice too. As in also, not two! After I pay and sit down, I realize she charged me for two bottles of ice. I said I only wanted one bag of ice. She says well you paid for two I said well you can remove one because I have no room in my freezer for two. She wants to roll her eyes and give mad dirty looks. When the man brought my water bottles out I was trying to put my seatbelt around the bottles like the owner does when I turned around after belting my bottles in the man was gone for me to even give him a tip, and I wasn't gonna go back in there and get dirty looks from the young girl that's unpleasant. I'll be going elsewhere. Stop mumbling speak up and pay attention your job isn't that hard you sell water.
