The issues I experienced were serious. Company mail was stolen or went missing. I was locked inside their building without emergency support. Their staff consistently showed a lack of professionalism, rude and arrogant attitudes. Customer service was unresponsive and ineffective. Once you enter into a contract, you have little recourse. The company prioritizes collecting fees while failing to provide even the most basic services a business depends on. Regus does not support business growth. Instead, they create unnecessary risks, harm your company reputation by being incompetent, and disrupt operations. For any business that values stability and professionalism, this is not a safe option.

Serious safety concerns: Creepy couples appear to be living inside this office, smoking and doing…read moredrugs, you can even smell marijuana in the office, especially on weekends and management does not care. One of them followed me into my office early in the morning, frightening both me and my client. Additionally, someone from management entered tenants' rooms uninvited, and my coworker even had to submit a police report because of this behavior. After talking with other coworkers, I learned that similar incidents happened to them as well. Management stated these people "work there," yet could not explain why tenants are being followed or rooms visited. This environment is completely unprofessional and unsafe. Unexpected rent increases and unclear charges: When I first rented the office, I was told that only one deposit was required. After three months, I discovered that two retainers had been charged, with no explanation. I paid $570 for four months, and then unexpectedly received an email stating my rent would increase to $1,225, which is completely unreasonable given the condition of the office. Poor building condition: The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. You can hear conversations from other offices, which is very disturbing. During rainy days, water leaks from the ceiling. For the price they are charging, I have found much larger, newer, and far more professional offices elsewhere. I will never rent here again and strongly advise others to avoid this building entirely.

I've had minimal user error with the free printer that is provided and I enjoy being able to look out and see Pasadena City Hall from afar.
