This was ny first time i saw them both, I usually see other people but i didnt see them. I explained to them that i have Endmetriosis, and they both said it had nothing to do with my oral health. I left upset. Guess what, Endo plays a big part in my oral health, and im at higher risk for oral diseases. Instead of them knowing that they assumed i don't wash my mouth. I may not be perfect at cleaning my teeth but you as a Dentist and Female should know that Chronic inflammatory disease can affect oral health. I tried to exchange the toothbrush head and I was told they do not have A3, but they had G3 I asked what's the difference and they didn't know and said no other customers had any issues with it, well guess what everyone is different and for me it was too forceful on my teeth, so I just excepted it and took it as a loss. But then I thought about it and I called back to at least get my money back for one and they told me they would have to call the supplier and find out but it's Friday and probably won't get a hold of them today. They just tell you anything to get you off the phone!
