My tire blew out on highway 58 going towards tehachapi. I first called asking for a quote for a tow, but my phone kept dropping calls due to the area I was in. The owner text me to ask what I needed and gave me the quote I needed. One of the workers, Victor was actually coming down from Tehachapi and stopped on his way down to make sure I was okay. He gave me a tow and helped me find a cheap/good tire to replace my blown up one. I've never met people that were very helpful and truly went out of their way to find good deals for me. Victor came to help with my flat tire (roadside assistance) and when we discovered the big rock I rolled over actually cracked my rim I was feeling overwhelmed. It was a Sunday, I was trying to get to San Francisco for work, and the places I called said they were too busy & couldn't get a new rim on a Sunday so I would have to stay overnight. Well Victor made a phone call, we showed up to his friend's tire shop and got my wheel welded in a half hour. I was on my way home! My car stalled in the middle of the I5 at midnight and our insurance called for a tow truck. Victor of Valencia Bros Towing Co came to pick us up. For a very stressful situation with a lot of potential risk, Victor came and offered us some much needed support and resources (which are not many in the middle of the night). Firstly, my husband suspected it was a battery issue (Victor was already equipped with different batteries in case he could help us on the spot). It wasn't a battery issue unfortunately. This towing co is functioning in conjunction with a car repair shop which is open on Saturdays (another bonus). In the morning, the shop was efficient, accurate and reasonably priced for the services and the parts replaced. Thank God for Victor and Valencia Towing! Myself, a friend with her daughter and three dogs were stuck on the pass 21 miles from Bakersfield with a flat tire. It was very scary every time a truck would go by the car would shake. We were inches from eighteen wheelers going 65-70 mph on the down hill side of a grade. Onstar called Valencia Towing and Victor came to our rescue within minutes. The donut tire that came with the car was no good. Onstar wanted to leave us there ( and call another tow company that would be less) but Victor strongly explained the situation and they authorized him to tow our car on the trailer. He not only towed us he called his boss who opened his shop at 11pm on a Sunday, found us a used tire put it on our car and we went safely home.
