This company is fraudulent. We reached out to add turf and after several attempts and excuses he finally arrived after 6pm three weeks later for a schedule made for 2pm. The Owner so called bonded with us over our current chemo treatment his 1yr survival. He saw weeds in our bare yard and quoted us $150 for landscape clean up and weed removal with weed killer. He was supposed to come the next day to do the clean up and instead it was a week later with no clean up but sprayed the yard with weed killer and told us they would come back for the clean up in two weeks, it is now almost a month later and after several failed attempts of appointments and excuses he came again to "blow the weeds, without clean up"! With HOA we have been getting notices so we reminded him of the previous quote and decision. This Man yelled and argued in front of our home, about not picking up weeds! And sped off in his truck! Do Not Trust this company. Our front yard is less than 5ft of rocks and now dried up weeds which we have to now do ourselves after paying $150 smh for what? We paid because we wanted a nice yard, because we are a family who is currently going through weekly Cancer treatments and sometimes do not have the energy to get outside and pull up weeds! I would not recommend Valentine and his services not even with a 1000 foot pole. At first, this profile type of landscapers in the industry will charm you on the initial consultation. Of course they would, they want your business. The public must be aware that there are a lot of snake oil type salesmen in the landscaping arena. I can assure you of this. Let me tell you all about the multiple issues we had encountered: Firstly, I was charged $200 for a job that typically costs $120. My yard, mind you, wasn't even in terrible shape. He also was supposed to come back and rope/trim my bougainvilleas, which he had flaked multiple times on intentionally. Secondly, the job was incredibly sub-par for a licensed landscaper who had 4+ helpers on site. When he had stated they were finished, there was still leftover debris that needed to be picked up. It was entirely rushed. My wife actually ended up using a broom to sweep up the remaining debris. It looked so much better after the manual sweeping was complete by her. His work is less than mediocre, honestly. Thirdly, they did not trim some of the plants we wanted trimmed to a level WE the customers wanted, which I had raised concern about but his claim is "I'll come back next time to clean it up on the next routine maintainance" appointment. This is cheap talk. He also sprayed herbicide treatment without removing any of the larger/taller weeds. It's been two weeks now and the weeds STILL have not died off, we ended up pulling majority of them out ourselves. About 70% of our landscape was trimmed in slipshod behavior. One of his helpers also trimmed part of our ladybank roses, which we SPECIFICALLY stated NOT to, as we were going to build a trellis to drape it to conenxt at the gazebo. We had to stop her before she chopped it all off. Lack of attention to details. In conclusion, when someone says they will do something, I would imagine you would be a MAN OF YOUR WORD, just like I am a MAN of my word. This tells me exactly what type your character is. You don't need to speak, your actions have shown how meager and incredibly unprofessional you have been otherwise. Valentine will never attain our business ever again. If I could leave negative zero stars, I would. He asks you for a positive review after the FIRST job on top of that. All red flags. People beware! read more

Oh boy would you look at that... just look at it! It closes at 5;00! 2 weeks ago I set up a service Appointment was Valentine to have my yard cleaned and weed service performed. We set up a consultation on that same day to determine how much it was going to cost. He didn't show up. OK Well I believe he did not. He called me prior to the consultation time and said that he had come by and checked the front AND back yards and decided that the costs would be a 150 for the weed service and $80 for the yard cleaning. I said OK but I didn't quite believe him because who legitimately goes in someone's backyard without notifying they are there. I was home so I would've known if/when they went in my backyard. I let that go. Today I contacted Him at 1:55 to see if he was still going to do my yard at 2:30. He said yes but he would be later because he was in Tolleson. OK cool. I waited and waited and he never showed up I reviewed our text conversation and realized that the 2:30 was the cost of service not the time. he never provided a time that he would arrive. So basically I sat at home all day waiting for something that never happened. At 5:20 I sent him a message saying that i would like to cancel my service because I had waited all day with no results. I went on this website to take a look and would you look at that! he closed at 5 o'clock. So I would have been waiting, had I continued, until dark for something that was never going to happen. This was a really bad experience and would warn anyone to not use them. I hired them for maintenance and irrigation repair. I scheduled several times and they did not make the dates. The one date they did show up all they did was blow and go. I called and spoke with Valentine many times and he promised to come himself. He stopped by for 15 minutes and set a time to come back. Needless to say he never came back. He did however take my check for trimming trees and a months worth of maintenance and never did any of it. His professionalism was so bad that after i called to see why he didn't show up yet again, guess what he never answered my calls or texts or emails. REALLY REALLY BAD COMPANY! read more
