It was about 4pm in the middle of the week and all I needed was a tire mounted and balanced - I had previously purchased the tire online and had it delivered to my house. Five minutes prior to arriving here I went to Discount Tire, and they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if they could mount the tire at 4pm. They told me I needed to schedule an appointment and come back the next day, so I drove away and found this tire shop down the block. They said no problem and mounted the tire in 5 minutes. They might not have a fancy store front and color coordinated uniforms like Discount Tire, but they have fast, friendly, good service - oh yea, it was cheaper here too! read more

I am pretty car savy and I checked around carefully before buying tires. I knew I could buy premium tires from Costco for about $1000.00 with good service and nation wide warranty. However, I have decided to buy from this local independent dealer. I bought "Lionhart" brand new, tires were in stock and were installed and computer balanced for $350. The ride is smooth, quiet, and they look like a million bucks. I could buy 3 sets of these for the price of one set from Costco. If you are driving across country or out of state maybe you should buy from a large national company. But if you drive local you can't go wrong with this place. The other reviewer with the pressure warning issue. Maybe there is a communication problem. You should go back and explain again, he seems to be an honest & reasonable person that would want to make it right. read more

This modest little business is by far the best tire place I have ever dealt with anywhere in over 50 yrs of driving. The owner Christian really knows tires. He learned skills from his dad and does not rip you off or upsell like dealerships and tire chains. In fact, he does the opposite. He is very honest and solves the problem in the most efficient safe way. He helped me with two tire "episodes" recently that saved me a lot of aggravation and money. . He has used tires and can order new at a good price with installation. I learned a lot too by watching him and asking questions about cars and tires. He was respectful and patient. After calling around for a set of new tires for my vehicle, Valenzuelas Tires won out. They had 4 tires of the correct size and beat out all other quotes, and the quote included balancing and mounting. I set up a time to head over (unnecessary but did anyway), and did so the next day. The weather was a bit off, but that did not phase the team (two brothers) at all. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and when it took longer than normal, they accurately and concisely explained exactly why (have previous experience changing tires on a manual machine so have a knowledge base to check what I am told against) it was taking longer than most would think. This place is my new go-to for tires, and I would recommend them to anyone. TLDR: Excellent prices and professional service, does not get any better for tires whether used or new. read more

I recently came a week ago to get a used tire because I blew out my rear tire. Right when I pulled in a guy with glasses came up to me and checked out my tire he told me the symptoms of a blown out tire and I knew that he knew what he was talking about since I was experiencing what he was saying.He showed me some options and we agreed on one. We were stranded on the side of the highway for 2 hours and called different shops around the area to find a shop to get a replacement tire. They were the only shop that had our tire size and set up an appointment super fast! We got towed to Valenzuela's and our old tire was taken off and one of their used ones was put on in about 10 minutes. The man there was extremely friendly and helpful and cared about our safety. I definitely recommend if you're in the area and need a tire fast! They were also very cheap since the tires are all used, but they are good quality and he knows what he's doing. This place seemed to be to good to be true and like most things in life if it is to good to be true it is. They didn't have our size tires so the gentleman said he would put a smaller size on and it would be fine As long as we changed all 4. He also said if there was any problems to come back and he would get is the size we needed......well our tire sensor keeps coming on and when we called him he said it's fine it's just the pressure. My husband stated he just want the right size and we would pay the difference well apparnetly the price of used tires went up to $400. So if your looking for a tire place that wants to give you a to good to be true deal then pick this place but I will never go back!!!! read more

Could have waited another day for a new tire but the used was good enough for my needs. The price quoted on the new tire was ultra reasonable though.
