We all have our days, no doubting that. Came here to get a patch on a tire that i purchased here, the older gentleman took the tire off and said "I cant touched this" then says to his leader "he needs a new tire, I'm not doing it, replacement the tire" At that point i started to realize i only have 1 of 2 options and thats leave or purchase another used or new tire. So I left slightly confused. To add I was left sitting there not knowing if my car was ready to go or not (putting tire back on) for about 25 minutes. Im sure whatever happened before I came wasn't good. So by me not getting a tire, I think, made things worse because patches are typically free (at least at the place you get tires). read more

Would give a zero rating. This place sucks. Drove all the way there to get rotors turned and the guy asked me if I could come back on Monday. He mentioned they were closing. They were not supposed to close for another 1.5 hours and only saw one other customer there. He still would not turn the rotors. read more

If you or your employee quote someone a cost of 80 dollars on Thursday to install pads and rotors I bought don't quote them 100 dollars 4 days later after I buy the parts and come in for the install, then act like a child after I agree to pay the 200 total and you pull my tires off you throw a tantrum and refuse service and put my tires back on and say "go find a better price" nice little act Freddy, never again will we be in your establishment and nobody in our fleet will ever come here again !!! read more

I had a tire that was very low in pressure, and went to the local gas station to put air in the tire since the low tire pressure sensor was lite up. I was unable to put air in the valve stem, for some reason it would not take it, so just to make sure it was not the gas stations unit, so I tried it on another tire and it worked properly. So I figured its a no brainer and I thought it would just need a new valve stem. We went to Discount tire, they looked at it and said it would be at least three hours before they could repair it, but also suggested that they could replace a tire or two. Well three hours was way out of the question, so we went down the street to Pep Boys, and after waiting fifteen minutes for someone to come to the service desk, and asked for help there twice, I explained the problem and he said it would be at least a couple of hours before someone could look at it. Well I had enough and remembered that down on Prospect Ave. there is a Tire place and decided to go there before I really had a bigger problem since the tire was really getting low. Pulled in and a really nice guy came over and asked, Can I help you. I explained the problem and he went a got a rolling jack, jacked it up and pulled the tire off and took it in the back. Put it in the tank to check for a leak and sure enough it had a nail in it. He removed the tire from the rim, repaired the nail puncture, remounted the tire to the rim, and then put the rim back on the car. Now this only took less than fifteen minutes, and the folks there were super nice and friendly. Excellent customer service and great repair was done. This is the kind of service that you don't get at most places anymore. And it was such a great experience that from now on when I need tires or anything to do with that type of work I will come back to Budget Tire Co. for all my needs. Got my tires changed, been going here whenever I needed tires. After they manually put tires on my car, their lift is broken I noticed that my back tire started making a sound. After it became a grinding noise I took my car back, they looked at it and told me it's my bearing that is bad. They completely denied that their tire installation ruined my bearing and offered to fix it for $180. They continued to deny their fault when I told them that my tire was fine before they switched it. read more
