The store has a lot of good snacks and beverages, along with some charges and headphones for travelers. Bathrooms are super tiny but always seem to be clean when I'm passing through. It's always a nice location to stop, and look at the view as well.

Earlier today I got $32 worth of gas but found out my account had a $125 pending charge from them 2 hours later. I called them and gave my phone number for the manager to call me back. Never got a call but on our way back to Anthem from Sedona I went in the store, but at this time things were fixed. The $32 had hard posted and the $125 was gone. Very strange because it's always $1 when gas is pending charge to your account and never $100 that's crazy! Don't think I'll use these guys again. 4-16-24 found another gas station Maverick in Flagstaff did this to me for $100 but held it for 3 days. These guys here just a few hours. Increasing rating by 1 star to 3. Must be my Discover account not sure. No longer paying at the pump will walk in and ask for $35-$45 or whatever. Thank you

I watched the place a few night from across the road in the gravel lot and seen a half dozen vehicles pull in go to the pumps, get out, look around; not at the price, but at the number of people hanging around, and the got in their vehicles and left. I cannot understand why Roberts allows this....do cycles purchase that much fuel, I would imagine a lot of candy bars, cigarettes, etc, but fuel? I doubt it. And I wonder, are those cigarettes they are smoking? Yes, I could call the PV police; however, we all know who live in PV, the PV police are not, shall I say, the greatest PD. Sad part is if they did come out and hang around outside or Roberts, they could write a dozen or so ticket for excessive noise and speeding. Roberts is NOT a great neighbor for those living in Viewpoint, Point of View or even Pronghorn. Sad but true.

Disappointing and Unprofessional Customer Interaction…read more I stopped at this Roberts gas station to purchase a soda and a snack--something I've done many times before, as I am a regular customer. Unfortunately, this visit was a very negative experience due to the behavior of the cashier. When I approached the counter, I greeted the cashier, but received no response. As I was paying with my card, she began giving rapid, commanding instructions while I was already in the process of using the terminal. This became confusing rather than helpful. I calmly told her, "I'm sorry, I can do this--you're just confusing me." After that, the interaction noticeably changed. The cashier became silent and visibly upset. When the payment terminal had issues and needed to be reset--a situation outside of my control--she appeared to blame me and became increasingly irritated. Once the transaction was completed, I asked politely, "Did I do something wrong?" Her response was completely unacceptable. She told me that I was rude, said she "didn't need this," and then told me to "get out." I want to be very clear: I did not raise my voice, insult her, or behave disrespectfully. I am an older customer, and the confusion came from being spoken to abruptly while already following the payment process. That does not justify being spoken to harshly or being told to leave the store. What was especially disappointing is that I frequent this location. The only difference this day was my appearance--I was unshaven and dressed casually. Whether that played a role or not, no customer should ever be treated this way. I expect better professionalism, courtesy, and respect from a business I regularly support.

BEWARE!!! FRAUD Alert!!! Used a credit card for the first time at the pump for this location. Put…read more$21 into a Honda CRV. Pump stated to "See Cashier" for receipt. Never went inside for receipt or anything else - just left location. Next morning, a charge showed up on credit card account from Pilot attempting to charge $176. Someone at this PILOT location, who has access to credit card info, attempted to commit fraud. I wonder how many other current/former customers had fraudulent charges added to their credit card accounts by this business. Law Enforcement is useless (since the bank stopped the attempt and reversed charges). The $21 of gas that I actually spent at the pump has never been charged. Waiting to see if PILOT attempts to add the $21 I did pump. If and when that happens, we will know who the fraudster is, but Law Enforcement would care less since nothing was actually gained by the attempt.
