There's virtually no cars there when I go but the lights are always on and its in a good location where there's constant traffic on the road so you don't feel like you're completely alone in case things go south. If it's a Sunoco taken over by a "no name" company Sunoco needs to QUICKLY remove their name from this establishment! It is dirty inside and out! The bathrooms are atrocious! The bathroom on the right is labeled Women and although it appears to be moderately clean at first glance it smells like a dirty urinal in an abandoned building with no water, oh yes and that's the cleaner bathroom; the other bathroom on the left is a unisex bathroom which should've had crime scene tape draped across it! There was blood, urine and water all over it! In an attempt to sooth the nauseated feeling I experienced by the women's bathroom I picked up a small package of 'Tic-tacs with a hefty $1.89 price tag and a bottle of Cranberry juice with a $3.99 tag on it! With those prices I was waiting for the kind little lady behind the counter to say "this is a stick-up" and the crime scene had already been prepared! I quickly paid for the juice and retreated to my car to warn fellow yelpers! Stopped in at this Sunoco to refuel. The first pump I pulled up to had a system error message on…read morethe LCD screen on the pump - which prevented one from using the pump. Pulled over to the next set of pumps and used Apple Pay to pay for gas. Refueled the car, and cleaned out the trash while waiting for refueling process to complete. On March 23, 2026, I stopped at a Shell gas station located at 17250 Dumfries, VA 22026. I had used…read moremy rewards points and decided to stop at the pump twice for no apparent reason. The third time, the attendant asked me to go inside and present my card to him. I handed over my card and requested that he add $20.00 to my gas tank and use my points. While the attendant was processing my credit card, which had $40.00 in it, I was asked to provide my phone number. I only intended to use the card for gas. However, when the attendant informed me that my card had been declined and that I had no money, I was quite disappointed. Instead of arguing, I decided to go outside and use my other credit card to pump $30.00 of gas, but unfortunately, my points were not honored. On the way to my home around noon my bank contacted me saying the that gas station try to obtain $150.00 plus charge me another $37.58 . Unacceptable!!! Criminal act to be reported!
