They gave me their honest, experienced opinion. Jay the manager and all of their staff are the friendliest, kindest people I have encountered in such a long time. Great customer service is impossible to find. The manager even came out to check on me several times while I waited for my tow truck, brought me water, even his staff checked on me! The nicest people in the world! I genuinely can't thank them enough for their thoughtfulness and will absolutely bring my business back to them & recommend them. They made a hard day much better. Insider tip, people always stop at the first six pumps, instead go to the far end, those pumps usually have the shortest lines. Goes without saying you have to be a member to get this club price gas and outside of Costco, they have the lowest prices in town. BJ's got that gas!!

Instead of looking at the first check engine light and attempting to resolve that issue first, they looked at the big picture and determined that there was one main problem and focused on that. After that, everything else sorted itself out. Even when my car was stuck on the side of the road, a quick call to them got me in contact with their to truck guy who towed my car for a reasonable price. I've spoken to the management a few times. He's a good guy, professional and friendly. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are happy. I've always been hesitant to bring my car to a service station based on past experiences but Potomac Mills Mobil has changed that for me. I had a mechanic check my brakes and I didn't hav any brakes on the rear of my truck. it was metal to metal and hardly had any brakes on the other wheels. I had to have all my brakes and rotors replace. the inspector didn't tell me I needed the brakes or rotors replaced. This is unacceptable and very dangerous. Condiments on the sandwich perfectly spread and the correct amount. The time from order to inception was perfect. The coffee and coffee bar in perfect condition. Very orderly and clean. The coffee was delicious. I get the Cuban Dark roast. I paid with self checkout. It was flawless and I made sure to scan my Wawa card. Only downfall was the Coke Machine was out of Ginger ale. It appears the Coke Freestyle fountain was out of a large amount of drinks. I got Vanilla Root beer. It was okay. Gas prices are the lowest I've seen in the neighborhood. This is a serious problem--if a customer gets hot coffee and it spills because the proper safety lid isn't available, who is responsible for that? How can a large Wawa be this poorly stocked first thing in the morning? Customers come in early expecting coffee and basic supplies to be available, but instead, we're left with an empty store and no coffee. Wawa needs to seriously improve its inventory management and morning stocking. This is unacceptable for a major store.

Minutes later, we saw an employee driving it in from the road. When we asked why someone was taking our car off the lot, the manager became defensive and actually yelled at us. Later, a second manager admitted the employee had taken our car to run a personal errand to Home Depot, which is completely unacceptable. They tried offering a free oil change, but we refused and got a refund. The second manager tried to justify saying it was an "honest mistake" and that they do this all the time and showed no remorse. Avoid this place--they will use your car without permission! Extremely unprofessional

I'm glad I chose to get my gas first, it allowed me to experience the owner or service salesman (not sure which title he holds) complaining about political leaders and gas prices while I was there, stating to a patron 'you get what you vote for' when asked about the future of gas prices. I cannot support a business who profits from selling gas blaming the current president for the gas prices while on the clock. No matter who the president is. Take this review for what you will, but if that kind of thing bothers you, this isn't the place for you.
