Great for me I use my car for work! Tyler at the Parkville location was super helpful when I got my awkward floor mats that are in a strange design stuck in the machine! The girl that I signed up for the membership with at the window was super helpful and sweet as well. I don't know her name but her Employee ID is 1012257! Managers and bosses please praise them for their hard work and loyalty to the company! Praise keeps a business successful and the employees striving to keep doing their best! I noticed that each time I enter the attendants try to get me close to the vehicle in front of me, also they spray the windshield, then expect me to be able to see their hand signals. At least this time, they waited until I was lined up with the track before spraying the windshield. Still, as I am a member, I will continue to get my truck washes here and hope I never experience a serious incident.
