Here, they have an extensive menu full of creative vegan rolls, some made with vegan proteins such as salmon and tuna! I tried these rolls: Vegan Philadelphia: My favorite, as it is a simple roll I rarely get to enjoy as a vegan. Vegan cream cheese and vegan salmon put together to get that nostalgic creamy flavor.
