I come to this location regularly and the experience is consistently frustrating. The employee…read moreinside frequently closes the store for several minutes at a time, putting up a "closed" sign, even during normal business hours. This has happened multiple times when I've come in specifically to pay cash for gas, and I'm forced to wait or leave. I understand people need breaks, but this seems to happen way too often and without any consistency. It defeats the purpose of stopping here if customers can't rely on the store being open when it should be. Management needs to address this because it's a recurring issue and a poor customer experience.

But in the last few years, almost half the time I go there, the pumps DO NOT WORK. They don't take your cards. The "chips always fail." So, you try another card. Same thing. So you try another pump. Same thing. You go inside and tell the people who work there and they don't care. I have a feeling this place knows there's some card skimming going on, otherwise why wouldn't they fix their pumps? It is easily THE WORST GAS STATION I'VE EVER GONE TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. And stupid me, every time I went back I'd think, well, that must've been a one-off, just a bad day for them. But no, both my wife and I on several separate occasions had the same issue. Sure enough we go to another gas station that's not as convenient and our cards work just fine. So, yes, I was stupid to keep going time after time when the pumps don't work. It was convenient to where I work. Now I've finally learned my lesson. Avoid this place. They don't really care if the pumps work or not and are probably in on a card-skimming scam. I'll be on the lookout to make sure my card doesn't have any sketchy charges.

They are all super friendly and helpful in particular Guillermo. When I began coming in regularly, he remembered me and would always greet me kindly and politely. He is always friendly and kind to everyone he interacts with. Since I was coming every week, he let me know about the rewards program and the perks of being a member so without hesitation I signed up. I would normally come in the mornings to fill up but over time I started to come in the evening instead. He came outside, tried to pump gas, but it wasn't working. I immediately went inside to tell the attendant, who said "Oh! I put it on 7. That car that's leaving right now, he took your gas." You tell me how, in the minute or less from the time my husband asked for the gas to the time I went back inside, did someone figure out there was free gas to be had, pump $30 worth of gas, and drive off... UNLESS he already knew there would be free gas to be had at pump #7. I was screaming at this crooked attendant who claimed my husband said 7 and not 11. He also conveniently has a sign that says if someone gives him the wrong pump number it's not his fault. Why would he need that sign if this didn't happen A LOT? We went to the MUCH FRIENDLIER and SAME PRICED 76 next door and they have no such sign. This attendant stole our $30, and I am CERTAIN he does this a lot.

On the way, something went wrong with my car and it almost died on the freeway. I barely made it to this gas station parking spot before it went kaput. Talked to the gentleman working there and he understood my situation and said he wouldn't have it towed while I waited for help. Left the gas station for an hour while I waited for roadside services to tow my car to the auto shop so I grabbed some things from my apartment nearby. Came back and this awful manager started screaming at me to move the car and threatening to have it impounded. I tried to calmly explain the situation and that my car was dead and he was like "I DON'T CARE. MOVE IT NOW. THE TOWTRUCK IS COMING ALREADY" over and over again. Never give this place your business.
