I enjoy exploring new places and stopping in to places like this because I never know what I will discover or find. We stopped in here 2-3 times during our stay. There were other times hubs stayed in the area after and stopped in here as well. We initially did not have a goal in mind when first stopping in. I think we noticed they had lottery and wanted to get some tickets. There is a small market that supplies typical bodega items. I decided to browse that area and found some items I cannot find in FL. There are also refrigerators and freezers lining the walls of the store. I found some non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks that I have not seen in a long time. The liquor is behind the counter, while the wine and beer are accessible to customers. The prices are not stupid outrageous. The staff behind the counter were always friendly and helpful. Every time we visited, there was a lot of traffic of customers so this place is busy all the time. We even noticed a lot of traffic while watching from our hotel window.

After I left, I realized I didn't get my full change and I think that's partially because the wrong amount was entered in register and I should have checked. Maybe she was not the best at math trying to figure out what it was or slight language barrier. I've been there three times in the last 6 months on my way to rental car return by LAX and the same thing happened every time. The employees are very rude, in particular the heavy set hispanic girl who'll kick you out if you inquire about the credit card machine. Go to the Chevron across the street: cleaner, safer and you can pay at the pump with no issues.
