All vehicles are dropped-off in the back, which is gate access only, and they use a fork lift to transfer indoors. The lease comes with a free key card for the gate, but if you don't want to get out of your car like me, there is a wireless remote to purchase for $20. It also comes with free washes (haven't used yet) and free ice to fill your coolers (which I use every time). Everyone is always friendly when scheduling a pickup, and I like that you can drop off in back after-hours. They even have magnets to put on your boat trailer that say "please wash," "leave outside" (for next day), or "dump grey water" (for RVs), etc. Couldn't be happier! read more

The battery was completely dead and I had paint spots on my RV. I got a phone call the next day from them trying to find a way to continue charging me somehow but I wasn't going for it so they left it alone. We have stored our vehicles without issue, with Valet for years, and everything was fine until they sold last month to a couple of guys that should not be in this business. FIRST THING THEY DID WAS SEND OUT LETTERS OF RAISING PRICES. The SECOND thing they did was CUT the power to all boats, cars and RV's. No electricity charging our items, so that when we check out, we are given dead batteries. But that it not the worst. They held my tear drop hostage for a week. I left messages and emails and finally the previous owner's daughter called me apologizing telling me she is helping the new owners with the transition and she did let them know I wanted my trailer. They never returned my calls, to this day. I trust these are bad dudes. Money laundering, anyone? WHEN I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO RETRIEVE MY TRAILER, I LET THEM KNOW I WOULD NOT BE RETURNING IT, THEY LOST MY BUSINESS. DISHONEST MEN. I will get my other property out soon, as soon as I can find a home for it, but I will never recommend these DISHONEST BAD PLAYERS, EVER. For the last 4 years we have stored our 27 foot Airstream trailer and our 28 foot boat with Indoor Storage. We pull our recreational equipment in and out during the summer for months at a time. It is difficult for the management to keep track but we have not had a problem In the last year if have seen a significant change in their customer service. They return phone calls and i have not had any problems with my billing. I loved this place until the business was sold and the new owners raised the rent from $190 to $240. They tried to justify the increase by showing comparisons with other storage facilities. I called all of the facilities listed and the rates Valet listed were not accurate. Terrible business ethics... Also note that after it was sold, the services included in the storage agreement where never completed when requested. Trailer was not washed, battery not charged and tires not filled when I picked it up on the last two occasions. I'd recommend leaving your trailer parked outside rather than doing business with the new owners! read more

I stored my car here while on an extended trip abroad. Most of the storage is for RVs and boats. The facility is large and clean, and they have a great area to wait in if you need to. Free coffee, soft drinks with a pool table and TV to pass the time. Security seems good with CCTV cameras everywhere. The place is let down by poor organization. They lost the keys to my car while I was away so they could not charge the battery until I showed up with a spare key. Later I found the key under the passenger seat! Their adverts say they will inflate tires and keep your battery charged, but when I returned from my trip I found out this had not been done and was told then that you have to request this service. It would have been nice to know this before I left the car here. Finally, they incorrectly billed me for the last month which should have been a partial month but the bill was for a full month. We had our car stored here for six months while on holiday. Though most of the other vehicles there were RVs and boats, they will take automobiles. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to store anything unless you have an unnatural desire to feel stressed. When we came back from our holiday to pick the car up, we had found they had lost our car key! We had to bring another key in so they could move the car out of the indoor storage area. This business is not new, so I had assumed they would have some standard system in place to track keys. We chatted with another customer there who also had the same problem with lost keys. We were also told that they would maintain the car a bit while we were gone, but they told us they couldn't do it because obviously they didn't have the key! We also had a billing issue where they automatically charged us for a full month on our credit card when we were only there for half and gave plenty of notice. There is no show room, no parts department and servicing is somewhere not to be found. The sale rep. isn't to professional, rude and flat out lie, no clue on selling your trade-in and never gives you a true answer to your question. Ive been storing my boat at this facility for around 6 years now. ive never had a problem with them ever. When you ask for your boat they have it out within 30 minutes. There has been times where i've forgot to call and i just showed up, they were very responsive and had my boat out within 10 minutes. Recently they just put in a general store that pretty much has everything for your boating needs. They have had free ice for there customers for the past 2 years also which help out tremendously so your not stopping 2 get ice on a busy day on the lake or river. These people were supposed to keep my boat and indoors they kept it outsideRuined the interior messed up electrical You could smell the cat urine ... I was very upset to say the least but I gave the owner who talk to me a week prior the benefit of the doubt that he would make things right... I did not have any issues, in fact the (owner?) was very accommodating and nice, so maybe the negative reviews were from someone else or he changed his act- I even got my Key back hahahaha. The owner is an absolute gangster when it comes too his pricing. We had been paying $170 a month, then when the one storage area closed down, he raised our rent to $350!!!! I have dealt with this management for many years,they are the only game in town for indoor storage,and they know it. Now they are also the food truck storage kings, it is a total shitshow to both pickup or drop off my boat. They recently raised rates 25% . They say they wash,maintain battery and tires, in all the years my boat has been there it has never been the case. The staff does their job as well as could be expected with the nightmare the greedy owners have created. Put up with this crap because I want my boat inside and they are the only game in town,am done and selling it and getting out. If you have a buttload of money and dont mind waiting for food trucks to load ice, dump garbage or just block the road talking about food truck life, then this is the place for you. read more

I have been storing my boat at Valet for about 2 months. The first time I took my boat out this season I had engine trouble. When I signed up with them, they told me they had a service deptment. So when I brought the boat back to the facility. I mentioned to the lady at the desk that I was in need of some service. The owner of the facility asked the lady to call over the serviceman from their other storage building and have him come over right a way. Miguel was courteous and helpful. He persisted in searching out the problem and eventually came up with the fix. This facility is secure and my boat in stored indoors at a reasonable price. Have been storing a boat here for over 5 years and couldn't be happier with their service. Whenever you need it out just call an hour ahead of time and they have it waiting for you in an easy pick up spot. When you drop it off they will even wipe it down for you. Their staff are always super friendly and understanding. Their rates are reasonable and location is conveniently right off I-5. The gate is coded or you can use your remote gate opener which I love. Their are camera inside and out of the facility and their are insured giving great piece of mind! They now have a store inside their facility that sells any kind of boating necessity and food. Our favorite part is the ice vending machine which is a must have for boating season and saves is one less stop on the way to a fun event not to mention a couple bucks. The only thing I would mention is that the restrooms are so far from the drop off/pick up spot but its not that big of a deal. I would highly recommend this storage facility. read more
