A Reservation means nothing…read more I made a reservation online for the Dallas South lot well before the date of my flight, When I showed up to the lot, I was told they were full and I had to go to the North Lot. When I went to the North Lot, I was told they were full as well and I had to go to the Premium lot. Already late for my flight due to being redirected twice, I parked in the Premium spot because that was all they had. When I called to make sure I wasn't going to be charged for being forced to park there, I was told I had no choice but to pay the premium price. I called the manager Troy and left him a message and he never called me back. The workers at both the South and North lots were very rude. I will never use these guys again.

I think that Express parking is the best option at DFW airport. Reasonably priced, covered parking (although the car still gets dirty, I don't worry about hail damange when I'm gone) with car-to-door service and the driver will even load your bags in the car on return. The lot is patrolled and I feel very safe there. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. I always recommend it to others.

I like that the shuttle is almost always at your car once you've parked and are getting out of it. I like that the drivers help load the luggage onto and off of their shuttle. It's helpful that they record your parking stall number on a card for you to put in your wallet. The ride to the airport is usually bumpy par for the course for van-based boxy shuttles. Drivers have always dropped us off where we wanted. Tonight it was at the Hyatt Regency. The drivers have always been quite courteous as well. We always make sure to tip them well for the service they're providing to us. Oh - the North location has a complimentary automatic car wash too. I've used it once. For no extra cost - it's fine. We're well pleased with the service we've gotten from The Parking Spot the past 5 years.

The attendant did not just add a day at the same rate, she cancelled the whole thing and then charged me $5 more for each day than what I was quoted. She said "prices change daily and because I did the reservation wrong, this is the price". I was punished for a small mistake. I have used this place for years, but now, no more. I work for a very large corporation with direct access to the travel manager. I will make sure to mention the treatment I experienced and recommend our hundreds of travelers go elsewhere for parking needs.

Our driver was fantastic--energetic, friendly, and even handed out water, which was a nice touch. I can't say enough about the customer service we received from Fabian, our driver. He was very professional and polite. He promptly drove us to the airport and picked us up when our flight arrived, even after we had to change flights home. Also, our flight out was very early, so we arrived at 4am, so if you're wondering if this service will work for you on early flights, it will. We also received emails informing us of who our driver was, when they parked our car after we were dropped off and an email on how to contact them when our flight landed on our return trip back. I arrive at the address given, and I start to question my safety because the place looks dangerous. The office is closed, no sign, nothing, so I called the number outside the door. A Mexican lady answers my call and informs me that DFW location had closed for business. I wanted to argue but I had 2 hours to get to the Airport. My wife calls and starts a complaint that why did they not told us that they had closed and why are they still booking orders? The lady on the other end tells my wife to call Groupon and done. WTF!! Received very poor service from this company on a Monday evening from DFW. When we called from…read morebaggage claim, they placed us on hold for six minutes. So my wife called back and no one picked up. They eventually told us where to go for the pick up. Although they said someone would come within 10-15 minutes, the van didn't come for 23 minutes. The van had no outside markings (plain white) older van. The step to climb up into the van was broken (see photo) so it was quite difficult for my wife to climb in and out. The driver was nice, but the telephone service was poor, the wait excessive, and the van was damaged.
